price was good but service and delivery information was somthink that could do with improving, after phoning numerous times recived part of my order after 18 days and rest of the order 2 weeks later, if they were to have phoned and explained they could no complete the full order because of stock problems I would have been more understanding, when i phoned told they would look into it and call back but most times no one returened the call will not use again. Managed to find what I was looking for with ease coupled with good pricing and great delivery. What's not to like? Would recommend for sure.

I ordered Marley because I’m confident they won’t fade in sunlight – the fittings are brown. When the order arrived, I noticed the back plates were not Marley but the two pipe clips I pulled out were. I needed to do the job so didn’t bother contacting PBS. Once I started, I found that one of the pipe clips was some generic, probably cheaper make like the back plates and about 5mm larger than the other pipe clips - although it was marked 68mm the same as the others. Now I sure if I looked, buried in the Ts & Cs, it would say PBS can substitute alternatives but I would expect the alternatives to be of equal quality to the ones ordered and at least all the same size.

easy to find products on website, called to add to order the following day and they were happy deal with it there and then, cheaper than a lot of places I normally use.

Ordered some guttering on Sunday, and it was delivered on Tuesday. Good service, excellent product.

Excellent from ordering all the way through to delivery. On this basis why on earth would you waste time going out to purchase the parts.

Excellent service just small amount of damage on some sheets on corners due to lack of protection. Super fast delivery and can highly recommend for all plastic supplies.
