I have contacted support 2 times about an item that I did not receive with my order. And now I am realizing it is 2 items that were not received. I haven’t gotten a reply from them at all and it has been almost a week. I guess I just take the loss.

My dog loves your food. You are consistent.

Easy to find products. Easy order. Best of all she loves the food.

My dog food arrived today and the package (boxes) were loaded with ants. I brought in inside (Not being aware of the ants) and within moments I (and my island) had ants crawling all over. The boxes should be taped firmly on all sides so this does not happen. Thankfully none seemed to have gotten into the dog food.
My dog enjoys the product but it would be nice if it could be purchased in stores.

The website is user friendly. Orders ship on time and customer service is excellent.

Our dog is very picky about her treats. Everything we’ve given her she’s gobbled up. It’s still to new to see if the products are working for her joints and pain but
I’m very hopeful. Thank you!

Pawtree goes above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction and truly taking care of their customers, two and four legged.

Right after they had the treat they both didn’t like it and gagged and threw up. It didn’t work for our dogs w make homemade treats

I love the food, but I gave it four stars because it’s so expensive

My four month old cavapoo loves her PawTreats. She especially likes the softer ones shaped like coins. When she hears or sees the bag, she drops everything and comes running. I do have other high-quality treats with all ingredients from the USA (and they are made in the USA); my little girl is no longer interested in those. As mentioned, she likes the coin-shaped treats; Duck and Mangoes is her favorite flavor. It's also a nice contrast from her Paw Tree kibble (the fish flavor and the chicken flavor). We mix the flavors together per our breeder's instructions.

Customer service understood the issue and was very helpful to resolve.

Service was quick. Just received today and my pups ate this evening for first time and they liked it. So far so good!!

Easy to get answers to questions. I have a new puppy and i have been using paw tree which was recommended by the breeder. It has been nice to be, able to ask questions and get the answers i need.

Still looks dead. I’m leaving on vacation for a week and hope it wakes up while I’m gone. Getting lots of sunbandbb B rain.
