We have worked directly with Orbital for Hosting & Phone services. We can highly recommend their professional customer service. Even when we have had some ongoing technical issues they have worked to resolve them quickly, communicate with developers directly & offer suggestions beyond their remit to improve our site. I have been a customer of Orbital for over 16 years for our group, I have multiple leased lines, VDSL & WiMAX running our vital site to site links across the south of England, plus web hosting and a good 40+ Web domains with them. I literally would not look anywhere else for these services regardless of another supplier price. The customer service is absolutely top notch and i have complete trust in the quality of service they offer. We had an issue with our phones when swapping over our leased line. Orbital did everything they could to assist us with this issue, which was not caused by them, but this heled us argue the case with the supplier until it was found BT were the culprit. Without the assistance from their engineers we would still be arguing with our provider over the issue.

First class service, issue was reported and within minutes a quality technician called back with a resolution, now all is back up and running, brilliant guys.
