Great customer service.
We recently changed our broadband provider which meant our phone system needed its IP address updating.
We do not have our broadband supplied by Kite so I thought it might be difficult to get them to update the system but not at all they arrived the following day and did the update without any problem I wish everything else had been as easy to switch over!

Kite Telecom have recently installed our new phone system to the business. Nothing was too much trouble for them and when we needed to alter a few things to the system to suit our needs the lads did it without any issues. Would 100% recommend them in the future.

The lads from kite came in to install my cctv and my wireless alarm. I couldn't be any happier. They were extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. The work completed was neat,tidy and to a high standard. They also sorted out my WiFi while they were here. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great telecoms company
We had the team in from Kite Telecoms a few weeks ago and they installed our new telephone system with 35 handsets across 3 sites. They did this with no down time, no fuss and complete professionalism. Great company to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rob and Ben have been doing a lot of our work for the past few years. They are both reliable and fantastic at what they do.
The service they provide is excellent, we have cameras, phone line, WiFi and are due to get some extra security installed with them.
Would highly recommended.
