Efficient & Polite
Dillon & Reece arrived on time and carried out the work very efficiently. Once the installation was complete, they went through the ‘technicals’ and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. I now have a very fast and reliable internet connection. It’s good to see that customer care is still important to some companies.

Superb Customer Service
Orbital have provided our company with superb customer service from the day we signed up with them. We initially went with Orbital when their lead time was significantly quicker than BT for a line install. Since then we have twice moved premise, both times at short notice, and they have always accommodated our needs. Massive thanks to our account manager David for all his help (sorry for everything for always being so last minute!).

The engineers were excellent and explained their processes really well. The work was neat and every hurdle they came across the dealt with efficiently. Everyone i dealt with on the phone has been friendly and helpful.

Fibre at last
It was great to be receiving fibre at last but unfortunately we had to get our IT company in after being advised that strength was due to our equipment but it turned out it was an error by Orbital, also was left without a phone working which again proved to be an Orbital issue. Fingers crossed all has been resolved by our IT company and going forward this should be a positive things for us.

Fibre Optic Installation
Had my fibre optic connection installed yesterday. The team turned up on time were courteous and agreed the route with me and exact place for the equipment boxes. The team carried out the work quickly and completed by showing how to set up the system with our appliances. Well done.

First class service and support
The team at Orbital Net has given us an absolute first-class service - from my initial phone call to Chris, the Business Development Manager, who helped me to determine that we needed WiMax at our new rural offices (where normal broadband is practically non-existent), right up to the installation by Haydn, who was efficient, polite and helpful. For someone who is a bit of a technophobe, the advice I received was excellent and gave me confidence that I was signing up with the right people - and the stable and reliable internet service we receive means that I do not have to worry at all about our internet connections. The whole process of setting up our internet was smooth and stress-free, and I would not hesitate to recommend Orbital Net.
