Said I'd get next day delivery and I didn't - when they attempted to deliver the parcel the following day (which I only know as I have the ring door bell video to prove it - sadly, I couldnt answer the ring doorbell as I was driving) the courier didn't leave a note to say they'd tried to deliver. no attempt was made to leave it with a neighbour (I've checked) - when I called customer service at office monster they firstly claimed it had been delivered (why would I call them to tell them it hadn'tbeen delivered if it had been delivered) then they quickly retrenched - the excuse for not delivering the next day was 'something happened at the depot' - could they have not emailed me to let me know - problems happen, its not a perfect world, i'd have understood - but I sat in my office all day waiting for the parcel - they have my email address, the 5 marketing emails I've had since I made my purchase from them prove this - but nothing about my parcel - the customer service chap I spoke to on the phone was very nice and he was phoning me back - 24 hours later he hasn't called and the parcel still hasn't turned up and I have no indication when it will - other than there could be up to 3 attempts over 48 hours (no morning or afternoon indication - nothing) - as a very small business that needs to be out and about this is not ideal. I'm disappointed really - on the face of it this looks a great company with super prices - but if you can't get the product you paid for in a timely manner - when most courier companies these days do give email/text message support to who they are delivering to - what is the point.

Our order came very quickly but unfortunately the screws were missing. Lauren from the customer service team responded very quickly and sent out the screws the next day. She even followed up to make sure they were received. Great service, thank you!

We had an issue with the incorrect item being delivered which came directly from the manufacturer. Laura at Office Monster was able to arrange collection of the wrong unit and rearrange a replacement very quickly. Many thanks.

The order process was great with options to choose a delivery date. The delivery was on time and early in the morning which really helped. I knocked off 1 star but only because a part was missing, however the customer service to get this replaced was amazing. Laura Boydon in customer support had the part delivered prompt the next day with no issues and kept me in the loop with all the proceedings. I felt very listened to and supported.

Office furniture came with clear instructions and was easy to assemble. The desks and drawers are of very good quality and affordable price. They look great in my home office setup.

Slight hiccup over the festive season with my delivery, but after being patient and waiting for Christmas and New Year celebrations dust to settle i spoke to Mia regarding my lost order, and it was resolved in a flash. My order was delivered on the next working day, and my refund for next day delivery was in my bank at the same time. Thank you Mia for all your help.

The product itself (a big right hand return desk) is very good: solid, good quality, aesthetically pleasing and well built.

However, what really stood out, from my very first contact with Office Monster was the truly outstanding customer service.

I sent an email in the middle of November with a couple of queries. Within a couple of hours, Laura Boyden had got back to me and actually answered the specific questions I had asked, and provided additional information. Such a refreshing change to be able to deal with a human being, rather than a bot, who actually responds quickly, efficiently and with a very friendly manner.

This continued through the whole process. I didn't need delivery until January, and Laura managed the whole thing expertly, and did exactly what she said she would do, every time. Faultless!

I did actually find the same product about £150 cheaper from a different supplier, but chose to stick with Office Monster because I had absolute confidence that they would deliver on all their promises, and if that anything had been amiss (it wasn't), Laura would have sorted it very quickly and to my satisfaction.

Personally, I would prefer to pay a little more and have that peace of mind, knowing that everything will be dealt with to perfection, especially when spending well over £1000.

I would only ever order from Office Monster again for any office furniture or supplies.

Excellent service from start to finish. The products were really good quality, especially for the price, and the fact that the drawers arrived fully built was a huge bonus. Delivery was fast and well organised – they called in advance and arranged a convenient delivery time, which made the whole process very straightforward.

Laura was brilliant throughout, with clear communication and great follow-up, which made a real difference. Overall, a very professional and reliable company. I would highly recommend Office Monster and will definitely be using them again.

My 'two' office chairs arrived today.
Only one and a half chairs in the box.
Very disapointed....im hoping Office Monster can resolve this soon :(
.....update...the customer service is very helpful and are trying to sort this out now for me. Looks likely it is the fault of the delivery/courier company and I will have the replacement parts sent out soon :)

Very pleased with the Office Monster customer service for sorting this out so quick even though the problem was caused by the the courier.

Making the order was easy.
There was some damaged with one part of the order so I called straight away.
I was advised to send an email, I had a response within minutes to say they will collect the damaged item and send out a replacement.
The next day the courier arrived with the new one and took the damaged one away.
I had a follow up email later that day from them to make sure the items were collected and delivered.

I bought a corner desk for the home office. Really happy with it, just as described & pictured. Seems good quality / solid product.
