Going into business and purchasing items is quite exciting until I felt Office Furniture Direct just didn't want my business with Jordan in sales just not being what I expected. He lacked any customer service, talked in jargon and had poor listening skills which from a customers perspective is frustrating. I now find myself wanting the items from Office Furniture Direct yet looking elsewhere - a possible loss of a sale of £1,600

The friendly user website is definitely our number one favorite with OFD however the service very much top tier as well and we have done over a dozen orders already over the course of a year and it's been a great experience time after time.

"I ordered a Coda multi-purpose chair with arms. It arrived with just a plastic cover held in place by the 4 legs of the chair which had been pushed through the plastic. When I removed the cover, there were 2 large footprints very visible on the black fabric seat. The chair at £131 was not inexpensive, and the quality of the plastic trim around the upholstered seat certainly did not match the price. It was completely shoddy. Small sharp pieces of plastic jut out where they may catch people's legs (or clothes) when they sit down. There was also dirty adhesive on a large area of one of the legs. I attach photographs of both the footprints and the shoddy trim. In the company details it states "Office Furniture Direct supplies high quality office furniture." I should be pleased to hear you when you can collect this unsatisfactory chair and replace it with an undamaged chair."
I sent the above email and photos to you last September when I ordered a Coda multipurpose chair from you and it arrived in the above condition. You did indeed replace it, but now the top of the replacement chair has split after only 6 months. I am satisfied with the results of my purchase. The chair I ordered I needed badly to study. I am content with the chair because it is comfortable. Chair has come with a minor defect that I can overlook because I believe the construction of the fabric will not fall apart. Esthetically it is at the back bottom part. Great customer service with lots of emails and phone calls. I got to know some voices and names of employees and even some other employees from a courier. Long story short, in the end I got a good product through people that had to have the patience of Jobe. I got a generous discount due to a defect on the product. Thank you dear staff.
