I used to trust Nutrisun, but my last order has not arrived and my email to you has been ignored. I will now have to contact my bank, as I am not paying for goods I have not received.
What on earth happened to this company?

I’ve ordered from Nutrisun many times and the service is good, prices competitive with the bonus of free delivery. I will continue to order as I’ve been more than happy.

Never received my order. No response when I contacted the customer service team

I have bought products from Nutrisun with no issues but this time 29/9/22 the products did not arrive and I have emailed them on 12/10/22 and they have failed to respond so have lost my money

I love using this company, we receive orders very swiftly every time. The website is straight forward and easy to use, plus they have some great deals.

Good service. On the few occasions where something has gone wrong, there can occasionally be a delay in getting it replaced or getting a refund, but that is a very small percentage of the number of times the service has been perfect. Prices very competitive.

I bought 3 packs of vitamin D tablets but the ingredients wasn’t the same as on the website, I returned them back a month ago but didn’t receive my money back!!!!

Ordered 2 items, didn't arrive called to complain and was told another set would be sent. They never arrived either. Don't use this company as they take your money but don't supply the goods.

I often ring this Company and buy some hair colour and have never had any problems whatsoever with my order. I find the price competitive and my order is dealt with speedily infact I ordered on the Thurs late and it was with me by the Saturday.

i have been with this cmpany for so long now never had any issues ,if there were any i would make sure they;d correct it for me ,,,recomend very good

You think you are buying from a respectable online trader but you are not.
I order and paid for 2 tubs of 60 Garden Red Yeast Tablets and was sent 2 tubs 30 Red Yeast Rice. I expected they would correct this quickly, as clearly they had got this wrong and sent 1/2 the quantity. For the past 3 weeks or so there has been no response to the many emails sent. So now I will involve Trading Standards and my Credit Card Company.

Item ordered on 9th May, never arrived

Ordered an item on 28th April and was debited 30th April. Three weeks later realised item hadn't arrived (and was no longer available in UK - out of stock). Raised this on the phone and was given a refund in ten minutes. Not great - but these things happen.

Absolutely delighted with this company.
The product I was looking for was approx £2 cheaper than all the other companies I checked out. They also offer free postage for orders of £10. A few other local companies required orders of 30 for free postage.
Order placed on 6th May and it arrived today, 9th May.
Very securely packaged.
Will definitely use Nutrisun again.

I placed two orders online. 1st on 1/3/20 & 2nd on 9/3/20. I have still (and it is 24th March today) yet to receive 5 items from the orders even though they took my money for the orders on the 1/3/20 & 9/3/20 respectively. The value of the items I am still waiting for is around £100.00.

I phoned the company early last week several times. I spoke with Mr Patel (the owner I believe) who kept giving me garbled replies to my questions as to when the products I have paid for will be delivered.

This week I have tried to call them now five times at different times of the day & no answer. I even sent an e-mail to them, still now reply.

PLEASE DON'T POST AN ORDER OVER THE WEB - PROBABLY GIVEN MY EXPERIENCE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & NOT DELIVER YOUR ORDER.

Next week if I don't hear anything back from them I will take my complaint to Mastercard & try to secure a refund of my money that way.

I previously put a review in on 15 December 2019 say I was happy as I bought 4 cartons of Serrapeptase which had a 25% discount and I also received an extra 33% added free. Two cartons were for my brother and 2 for myself and we have both taken Serrapeptase for over ten years. We have both now got severe pain in left arm and have had to stop taking these tablets as they are not authentic, I have decided to return to Holland and Barrett stock which is more expensive but is at least genuine.

I now ring the company as I am disabled and can't do with the online rigmarole. The staff are ALWAYS courteous and helpful. Usually receive my order the next day. As someone who is disabled I find it hard to get out and visit shops this is truly a star find for me. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Have even told my homeopath about them.
