Do not order from this company. They have paid some influencing people to give them a good rating but the products are poor.
I purchased a shower head and its not as described. I want to return the item but they are based in China so it will cost as much to return the item than the refund will be. I keep advising them the product is not as described. They have offered a 30% refund but this is 9 pound refund for a 30 pound item. I just want then to admit the item is a cheaper version of what they advertise so they should pay for the return. I keep telling them the item does not work to change a filter and they keep sending me the same instructions how to change the filter this doesnt help.as the item won't unscrew i have asked if I force it to open and it breaks will they refund me they and they won't. I just don't recommend this company as the goods are a cheaper version as to what they are advertising and its too expensive to return the item back so your stuck with a cheap product
