Arranged a viewing with them. They confirmed it in writing several times including this morning. No one came. When I called initially I received no answer and then 15 mins after the viewing was supposed to take place I got a call back saying it was cancelled and I ought to have received a notification (I had not). Sorry to say a very unsatisfactory and unprofessional experience.

Niche Estates is probably what estate agency is really supposed to be but very often isn’t. A professional, honest and personalised service that delivers an excellent experience and the very best tenant that the process and market can offer at that point in time.

The service got better and better.
There is no doubt that these estate agents work for you, to optimise all the benefits you can get as a landlord and reduce your risks to as manageable a level as it is possible to get, all while being very personable, perpetually professional and highly knowledgeable.

I am a high touch, high maintenance sort of individual, that would represent a massive waste of resources if they didn’t ultimately find me the right tenant but they did it. They poured in all the effort, all the time, all the research and I can have no doubt that they did the same on the side of finding the right tenants because I am very pleased with the tenants and the way everything has gone. People say it tritely but Vishal truly goes above and beyond. He is an honest, smart and knowledgeable broker. Nothing underhanded, nothing cheap or petty. The man has standards and vision and is doubtless carving out a credible niche for himself with an estate agency model for the future. One that is consistently professional and trustworthy.
I want to say thank you. The best estate agents I have had the pleasure to work with ever, and that’s no exaggeration. Vishal raises the standards considerably.

Very poor service! Had an appointment at 10:30am and at 10am they cancelled the appointment with no explanation! I have been half way, and took half a day off from work, they don't respect other people's time!

We started our house hunt 2 weeks ago, the properties we had been to were all much worse in reality than pictures had perceived them to be. However, this changed when we went for a viewing with Niche estates. The property was exactly as it had been advertised, we were extremely happy with everything and put a holding deposit down right away. Since then, Vishal has helped us through the whole process and answered all queries promptly. We've finally signed the contract and can't wait to move in soon! This could've been so difficult and long winded if it wasn't for Vishal's professionalism, hard work and honesty. Thank you very much.

Very professional and efficient. We were very impressed with the service. We were presented with 5 offers within 3 days and one was even above our asking price.

The service provided by Vishal and his team was exceptional right from the start. All marketing was done very promptly within couple of days and first viewing organised with 3/4 days with offers from two very good candidates.
We accepted one of the tenants and also asked Niche to organise check in and Gas certificate check which was done promptly at a very reasonable cost.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Niche Estates and now also use them for my other properties.

Vishal Pattni from award winning Niche Estates is absolutely brilliant! He’s super dilligent, completely takes the hassle out of letting for landlords and goes out of his way to make the process super smooth. He’s also really knowledgeable, responsive and really professional. I’ve let properties with Vishal many times and he always finds tenants really quickly. Based in North Finchley but covers all of London.
