I’ve recently moved out after living in Shepherd’s Bush for 2.5 years, and I wanted to thank the team for their professional service. The management of the property was consistent, and any maintenance issues were handled efficiently. Transitioning out of the flat was a smooth process. Highly recommended

Anca and John were absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end, could not recommend them more. I must add that all the tradespeople they work with are incredibly nice, really great professionals.

Amazing Lettings agency!
I have been a tenant of London Estates for the past few years. I can honestly say they have the best Lettings agency I have ever been with in the 19 years I have been renting in London.

If I was buying or renting in London in future, based on my experience, London Estates would be my first point of call. We have just completed on a house marketed by London Estates and have been blown away by the professionalism, helpfulness and kindness by John and the team. I don't usually write reviews but have to make an exception for John and his team at London Estates. They are outstanding. John has managed our flat for around 6-7 years and has been the best agent we have dealt with. Any issues and repairs were resolved quickly and (importantly for us) our tenants were looked after and happy. When the neighbour's bathroom sink was leaking through the wall, John went the extra mile and personally resolved the issue - which was a lifesaver given we live outside of the UK. When it came time to sell, John found a buyer in a tough market and shepherded us and them through the process professionally. In a sea of mediocre estate agents out there, John is a rare find.

John and the team were a pleasure to deal with. They always try to accommodate not just thinking of the landlord but also of you as the tenant. It was an absolute pleasure renting with them.

London Estates have been a dream. Any time we encountered any issues within the flat or something needed fixing, they would answer immediately by phone and typically send someone round within the hour. They are incredibly responsive including weekends and put our mind completely at ease. Special thanks to Ioana all of her help and answering any questions we had.

London Estates has been amazing. I can't fault them. Having dealt with many difficult estate managers in the past, I can honestly say that everyone at London Estates is lovely. Whenever we've had an issue or a broken part, they've sent someone round within two hours. We've never waited more than 24 hours to have an issue resolved—even when they needed to order specific parts!

I could not recommend the team at London Estates highly enough. They managed the rental or our property through to its sale. Any issues raised by tenants or by us were quickly dealt with, and always a practical solution found (not a knee jerk to replace items in the property).

The team also oversaw the sale of the property and made this the smoothest sale I have experienced. All information was provided expediently so that we were able to complete within a few weeks.

Selling a property is stressful at the best of times, and this sale hit bumps in the road a lot, and many estate agents would have lost interest and enthusiasm - not John. He really knows his stuff and nothing is any trouble. He rescued the sale countless times and we are so grateful that we had John. I was recently in need of assistance from London Estates staff due to a service related issue in a flat they oversee that needed imminent fixing. I contacted the office and spoke with John who was on it (like a Bonnet! as we Americans say) within the hour. He immediately sent qualified professionals to remedy the situation, preventing what could have been a bad outcome through lightning quick reflexes. I'm wickedly impressed by the amount of professionalism he and his team showed, when comparing it to most of the service received in London. Hats off to you, John!

Speak to John. He's one of the best letting agents I've ever worked with. Very efficient and very effective in finding the best deal for you. I've rented twice with him and really appreciated the honest and direct communication. No faff and no roundabout shady negotiations which was refreshing.
