I moved into a flat through Northside Property Group (formerly known as Northside Estates) in October 2023. Initially, the process seemed smooth and gave a 5 star, but the experience quickly turned into a nightmare after a few months.

The Agency failed to secure my deposit in a bond scheme, which is a legal requirement. A few months later, he falsely claimed that the property owner needed to move back due to medical reasons, attempting to force me out despite my 12-month contract. It later came to light that he was fabricating stories to both me and the property owner. For instance, he told the owner that the previous tenant was still living there, creating conflicting narratives that only became clear after a year.

To make matters worse, I discovered that he was withholding my rent payments from the property owner the last few months. The situation was further complicated when he rebranded his business from Northside Estates to Northside Property Group, raising even more red flags.

This individual has shown a pattern of dishonesty and unethical behavior. I strongly recommend avoiding Northside Property Group if you want to protect your deposit and avoid unnecessary stress which i now need to go to court to get my bond back.

can't agree more on the comment to Peter Solomn, If there is negative mark,he was the one to get negative 5. A nightmare still going on! to say a few...He rented out my flat and let the tenant moved in without prior consent from me; number of tenants is incorrect (tenancy 2 persons, but find out with 2 kids); rental statement needs to chase after him for 2 months; no official tenancy contract was established by now; no follow up on bills overdue ... even not responding to emails and only leave messages as out of town, leave etc but no designated person to follow up...
This is unprofessional, irresponsible and totally unacceptable Please consider carefully when you are looking for property agent.

If I can give zero star, it should be zero. The agent, Peter Solomon never help us to fix the issue that reported. The landlord sold the house and ended the contract early. The property view is absolutely annoying, as we had to open the door for him, and he would not contact us if the view was cancelled. Almost a month after moving out, I would not get the inspection report, and he is stalling us.

Recently, we had a negative experience with Northside Estates.

There was a pretty nice flat listed on Zoopla, and I called them an hour after it appeared.

After viewing the property, we asked the agent to send us the offer form as soon as possible so we could be the first to bid.
The agent promised to send it the same day but only did so the next day.

We submitted our offer, and the following day, the apartment disappeared from Zoopla and their website.

I tried to reach out to them to clarify whether someone else secured the apartment or if it was taken off the market, but the agent ignored my message.

Perhaps it was for the best. In the crazy world of London real estate, I wouldn't recommend dealing with such an irresponsible agency.

Why the agent is always late and we rarely hear back from any following up until we ask again? Engineers sometimes came anytime they like, or just after agent's contact which is ridiculous. Please don't expect your tenants always WFH.

I booked a viewing for a house for Saturday and I had confirmation in the mail. Friday at 10 PM I received an email from someone else and I was announced that our viewing was cancelled with no further explanation. I emailed them but no one did reply, totally rude and unprofessional!
