A fantastic refresher with a trainer that focused on what we needed to remember in a pragmatic way and tried to prepare us mentally as well as giving us the knowledge. Best practical elements of any first aid course I’ve been on with plenty of hands-on equipment. Thanks to Gwion for making it an engaging and fun day.

The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable and practical with it. He spoke at a good pace to get through content and delivered it in a way that kept us all very engaged. He added small comical comments in that helped make the course even more enjoyable.
One thing I liked was his consideration for peoples emotions given some topics could cause anxiety, and he managed this without us missing out but cautiously very well indeed.
The practical was mixed in across the day and consideration for those with less knowledge/history in this was also taken.
I thoroughly enjoyed and very much appreciated this course. Now, should I face an emergency situation, I will be better equipped to maybe save somebody’s life. Thank you so so much for empowering me with these skills.

I found the training very educational and I learned a lot about mental health and coping strategies. I liked how interactive the training was and the person providing the training knew how to keep our attention and keep everyone involved to spark a good debate and encourage us all to learn and benefit from this training.

I had initial contact with Nick to book the course that we required which was Mental Health First Aid for young people. Nick was professional and really accommodating with finding a date and a time that suited our needs.

The training itself was informative and kept our staff well engaged throughout the day using a variety of methods such as discussions, videos and exercises. All staff thoroughly engaged the training and at no point did it become boring which we have experienced with other companies in the past.

The trainer had excellent knowledge and was able to answer all questions that were at times challenging as he was teaching an experienced care team.

Definitely recommend and will be using again.

We attended two excellent NDA training sessions on the emergency use of defibrillators and CPR, led by Nick Ayling. He is an absolutely brilliant communicator - very clear and very engaging, with a passion for his life saving work. I would recommend his company to anyone - and I'd probably ask if I could come along too!

We did a fire safety principles course with Stuart. The course content and delivery was perfect for us. The balance between theory and practical was appropriate for us and all of my team learned something. If we had a need again, I would definitely use NDA.

Finished a 2 day level 3 mental for at aider course today for work. It was such a brilliant course. The Information given was so insightful and presented very well. I want to thank Gwion Humphrey's for making it very engaging and not only including some of his own personal experiences in the course but also making us feel safe enough to share our own experience's. This had helped me not only have the knowledge to help my colleagues but it has also been great for me to speak about some of my own issues. Very highly recommend as its people like Gwion who can help really educate people about Mental Health. Thank You.

I dealt with Nick at NDA. I found it Very simple to book and was kept informed about the arrangements for the day. We booked a trainer to come to us and train up 6 employees onsite at our head office.
Robert was our trainer and was very knowledgeable adding a light humour to keep us all engaged. We all enjoyed the training and I would definitely use this company again.

I usually dread ‘wasting’ a day on a renewal course when my time is so precious but Stuart adapted session really well as we were all renewing rather than first timers.

I was quite a newbie to first aid but I definitely left my course with a new sense of confidence! My trainer was Gwion Humphreys and he covered everything so well! He made me and the rest of my group feel very comfortable in our environment and answered all of our questions. I am very grateful for the training, I thoroughly enjoyed it! I'm hoping I won't need to but I can now use my new skills in the future and confidently know what to do! Huge thanks to my trainer Gwion!

I attended my fourth paediatric first aid course with NDA this week and as always it was a great experience. Jason was a brilliant trainer, giving everyone confidence and support. The two days were really enjoyable and fun, as well as being informative and I was able to confidently refresh my first aid knowledge. Thank you Jason!
