The instructor was very friendly and informative, but also very matter-of-fact and made sure everyone was competent on a section before moving on. It was a long class but felt like it moved at a decent pace. I felt like a lot of the information could have been sent and learnt beforehand, so that the training could have been faster in person, but overall it didn't matter too much.

The 6 hours flew past
Only 2 people turned up, it just meant we had better training. The instructor adjusted for just the two, and the time went by really quickly. Informative, with the instructor adding in many interesting personal experiences which demonstrated the importance for everyone to get 1st aid training.

Well paced and informative

It's the facilitaor that makes the difference
I thoroughly enjoyed the training. Ben Gordon Smith, the trainer was able to keep the participants engaged even after lunch The content was clearly explained and very good feedback was given during the praticals. The pace was good and there was a good balance of theory and practical. Thank you.
