My order never came I had no notification what had happened to my order till I rang Natural Instinct they told me my order was returned from DPD as it was damaged …I was not happy I should have been notified I had to feed my dog on another food till a new order came which came the next day which was very good but I wasnt happy with the whole experience…

The food is good but the many of the plastic cartons that the food comes in were cracked and broken - not sure if this is a packaging or delivery problem but not ideal as the food is exposed in the fridge or freezer

Second attempt at delivery of raw dog food. Previous order a week before never received due to issues at DPD. Thankfully this second attempt was delivered without issue.

Very happy with Natural Instinct
Very happy with Natural Instinct - been using them for 6 years and my boy loves it. He has allergies but since swapping to the Turkey raw working dog food it's under control. They deliver really quickly and sort any problems promptly and very efficiently I can't recommend them enough. They are more expensive than some other raw food companies but you really do pay for what you get.

I was recommended to use natural instincts from a breeder I bought my puppy from. I called up and the lady was very helpful. Also delivery was good and on time. My puppy loves this food .
