Hassle free, great food
Been feeding Natural Instinct for 10 years, the dogs love it, their coats are shiny, teeth good and they always lick their bowls clean. It’s hassle free ordering and arrives next day. I’ve only ever had one issue with delivery and the customer service was excellent.

Great for poo!
We are using the puppy food as a follow on from the breeder. First time feeding raw and the puppy loves it, is growing well on it and the small, perfectly formed amounts of waste (poo!) are a bonus.
Great to spread on licky mats or in a licky bowl.
Guy I talked to for my first order was friendly, informative and asked all the right questions.

9.5 years of feeding Natural Instinct
I have two giant breed Russian Blacks (55kg) aged nine and a half years who have been fed on Natural Instinct for their entire lives. I am committed to raw feeding. They are pictures of health and have experienced few digestive upsets. I tend to buy the Working category as they are very muscular dogs and it seems to suit them. I have also been really pleased with the frozen sprats and lamb lites as a supplement/treat. Unfortunately, lamb lites have become too expensive recently for me to justify…I hope sprats don’t follow.
Positives:
The food is consistent in character, which helps with stomach health, with a good nutritional spec.
The most positive thing that has happened in all the time I have been buying has been the swap from polystyrene to cardboard insulation in delivery. The old polystyrene boxes were a NIGHTMARE: even though they worked well they invariably arrived broken and my house will never be free of the bits of polystyrene which managed to get everywhere. The new all cardboard system works really well and food remains frozen…plus everything can be recycled. Well done Natural Instinct.
Delivery by DPD is pretty good, although some plastic packs do get broken when boxes are moved around in transit.
Any issues are always dealt with efficiently and promptly by friendly office staff. Thank you.
Negatives: because of size of my dogs I spend thousand pounds a year with Natural Instinct : I really would like to see some sort of loyalty/ reward discount for higher volumes. The Rewards Trail began to address this but has been discontinued. This disappoints me and with rising costs all round I am looking at competitors to evaluate what they offer. This is the only reason I have only given a four star review.
So, in summary:
Great service and product for 9.5 years.
The replacement of polystyrene insulation boxes by cardboard is a great move.
The high cost and lack of bulk/ long term customer rewards has become an issue for me.

I have already given you feedback. My puppy refused to eat the food and I had to buy an alternative from the pet shop. I may try your food again when she is a bit older and no longer needing puppy food.
