Great food for our pup.
Angus loves it. I had no previous experience with raw food with our other dogs and was a bit skeptical about trying it with our new pup. Natural Instinct came highly recommended by our breeder and glad to say that the food comes in individual tubs (which aren't too bulky for the freezer). Will definitely be buying again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service.
Placed my order, items never arrived days after the expected delivery. Received a dispatch email for part of my order with no explanation what would happen to the rest (refund/later delivery).
Chased my overdue delivery to be advised it will arrive next day, it did not.
Waited another day and still no delivery so I chased again to be advised the courier had issues due to the weather and they’ll send more for delivery the following day.
Again no delivery, chased AGAIN, to be told its not fit for delivery as its been >48 hours so the items would be spoilt.
I asked them to send for a third time and they told me 3 of the 5 items were now out of stock. At this point I asked for a full refund.
They agreed but over a week later it still wasnt confirmed. So back I go chasing customer service who finally advise the refunds been processed and to wait the 3-5 days for the money to be returned (which I should have already received by now if they’d processed the refund when first requested).
From placing my order to getting my refund will be 2.5 weeks + 3-5 days, thats just not acceptable to be without my items or my money.
At no point has anyone from customer service apologised. Their service is a complete joke, I was a first time customer with a large breed puppy so will take my money to a competitor.

Fantastic raw food, decent ingredients, delivered frozen solid and in good time, and for a great price. Excellent!
I don't have anything negative at all to say about Natural Instinct!. The number of options for food (turkey, chicken, beef etc) are great, the ordering process was very straightforward. The delivery of the items was perfect - absolutely everything still very much frozen, and very well packaged as well.
The food itself doesn't smell all that much, has a fantastic profile of meat, bone and low level of carbs, and there are plenty of juices running through the defrosted product that I am certain contain lots of nutrients for my boy.
As for my dog, he's a very happy chappy; normally a very picky eater, now a bit of a gannet. Even in just the week that I've had him on Natural Instinct, he feels stronger, has a firmer body, with a softer coat, and a very happy-go-lucky attitude.
I fully intend to remain with Natural Instinct, and have already recommended them to my parents for their dog too.
Thank you Natural Instinct, you've more than delivered the goods, and for a very competitive price too! :D

My order arrived to the Isle of Man (not UK mainland) within 3 days of ordering even over a bank holiday! Puppy is finishing every mouthful, very happy!

My dog is hungry despite giving her the recommended amount perhaps due to a lower protein content than her previous food

The product is great but, on this occasion the delivery was very unsatisfactory. It was not our usual DPD driver and she didn't even bother to come to our house. Fortunately, it was so well packaged, when I tracked it down the following day it was all still frozen.
