Great product, quick delivery and excellent customer service from staff who I believe do genuinely use the products with their own pets and can offer solid advice. The 1 kilo pack is split into 2 x 500g smaller packs so you don’t have loads of defrosted product hanging around for days. My new pup wolfs it down.

First order
First order for a new puppy was easy to do. Arrived very quickly with clear updates of when to expect it. Was fully frozen still on arrival, defrosts well for use. Dog is really enjoying the food with no issues. Very happy.

Just to be honest the only reason I'm giving a 3 star rating is because I (my puppy) hasn't yet arrived and benefited from the products ordered. The delivery came as indicated so from that perspective I was pleased. Yet to order during the warmer (hopefully) summertime so I am a little concerned that the packaging my not be adequate.

Great food. The dogs love it.
Although quite a few of the boxes of raw were damaged when arrived. The plastic is all broken away in some corners. It goes straight in the freezer but for defrosting we need to move it across to sandwich bags so the juice doesn't leak everywhere. But great quality food for dogs.

We have had two bad experiences
We have had two bad experiences with ordering turkey necks from this company we had been buying from them a few times and then the turkey necks being sent out were tiny we did get a replacement order but the next order they only sent us 1.5 turkey necks or 1 large one cut in two even though they claim you get two now not responding to emails asking for a refund or replacement
