DONT BUY- One Gel polish short. Sent 3 emails no respond, and called several times no one answer their phone.
There is no customer service!

Used them once or thiwce. Shipping is always late even when paid to have it expedited. This time I bought a replacement glass bubbler for my Tug 2.0 after my girl accidentally dropped and cracked the other. I had this one for less than a week before the glass surrounding the heat source started to develop a Crack running the length of the glass. Must be some cheap non heat treated knock off... Waist of time and money. Source your inventory better! I'll never use this place again.

Fast delivery and great customer service

Wanted to order but was told that there is something wrong with my address. Tried several times using address I have lived at for years and which this company has delivered to many times. Could not log in. was then given one after the other of these quizes where you have to copy down distorted letters. Went on and on. Have given up and will buy polish from Boots.

I visited the official site which sells opi gel polish and they only sell to nail technicians and salons and only those who can show a license that they are entitled to order from the site. So when nail polish direct are purporting to sell opi gel polish, think twice before ordering.

When i googled the company it says free delivery on all orders but when you add something to your cart you are charged for delivery

Don't buy from them, they have terrible customer service. You only know that the company is good when you have a problem with the product and they take responsibility and exchange it and don't blame you when you only used a £200 product 3 times and it broke! I bought a kit from Apres and it came with a mini lamp (I'm extremely careful). The lamp broke on the tripod. I asked them to just give me another lamp and they said they would talk to the company. They asked for a video. I sent it and they said they couldn't refund the money or return the lamp. I only used it 3 times. What kind of lamp is this made of paper? I felt very disrespected. This is the first and last time I buy from this terrible store.

I ordered on 5 October 2023 and received nothing, e aimed 3 times and no response.
I have initiated proceedings to get a refund.
Scammers do not use.

Do not use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order which I have not received after almost 5 weeks !! I have sent 5 emails so far requesting Nails Direct to locate the order or refund me. Finally they claim to have located it ... not even on the island where I live. There has been no apology or acknowledgement of accountability.

I have used this company many times and previously have been satisfied however I placed an order 1/5 and have still not received the item! Despite numerous phone calls to customer services all they do is blame the courier and give me silly excuses as to why there’s been a delay .

Ordered a cordless rechargeable nail lamp for my Daughter for Christmas. Order confirmed as that's what they are sending. Item arrived, label on box says cordless and rechargeable. Item turns out not to be cordless and rechargeable! When I complain I am informed that the cordless and rechargeable model was discontinued 🤔 but I can return the one I have for a refund. But hang on a minute - you allowed me to order said discontinued item and the box is labelled as containing the item I ordered? Not to mention that I was charged the price of the cordless lamp and the corded one should be £20 less. So, false advertising, miss selling, dodgy labelling, overcharging. After an exchange of emails I ask for the difference to be refunded and then get ignored. Well thank you .... For nothing!

Ordered about 3 times now - arrived quickly, lots of colours to choose from and bargain prices, I even received a free nail polish so I was really pleased. Will be ordering again soon, love the Halo polish, great results!

Awful! Made a large order and paid a lot extra for guaranteed next day (Saturday) delivery! They emailed me on Saturday with the tracking number (which is non existent) but stated the items would be delivered on Sunday not Saturday! Guess what!….. the items didn’t arrive on Sunday either! Customer service is non existent, I have emailed them several times and they haven’t even acknowledged them! Thankfully I paid using PayPal! I had ordered from them once before but paid for standard delivery so wasn’t too bothered when it came. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO.

Delivery should be 5-7 day, it’s been 10 days and still waiting. Customer service advice to wait until May 8th, witch will be more then 2 weeks. Explain cos of COVID. Bad joke, COVID has been here for 16 months. Just adjust your delivery time, and don’t have to lie. Will you EBay where even Covid delivery time is 2-3 days !!!

So I ordered 6 OPI gels on the 1st of January 2021, I accidentally ordered 2 quantities of a colour so I emailed them straight away if they could replace it with another colour, the automatic email service said they will get back to me on the 4th which they did. So at 8am without reading my email regarding the issue I had they dispatched my order and they waited 3 hours to tell me “unfortunately what I asked is impossible as the order has been already dispatched.” What kind of customer service this is. I’m sure you would read an email first then just go ahead and dispatch my order it even says on the confirmation email “any issues with order please contact” I’m disappointed with the lack of care.

Always get the best buys on this website. Love it. Postage always tracked and on time. Got my latest supply today. Thank you.
