Bought max factor miracle pure nail polish worst nail polish I have ever bought poor coverage needed three coats uneven very strange for max factor usually a high quality brand .

Placed an order on the basis of their quick delivery as promised on their website.
2 weeks later and I haven’t received the order.
I have sent 2 emails enquiring where the order is, and really disappointingly I haven’t received a response.
PayPal dispute lodged. I will not be using this company again.

Paid for next day delivery, checked item was out for delivery, sent out 8.45am. Told at 3.00pm be delivered between 5.30 and 7.30pm. Rang depot at 5.40pm package been brought back to depot, as driver “sick”. Seems like one or both companies lying. Been promised be here by noon tomorrow. Won’t hold my breath. APC overnight couriers are rubbish.

Took my money never delivered good & wont send replacement or refund. DO NOT USE ! I’m having to go through PayPal to get a refund. It’s says it’s cheap for a reason, beware!!

I use a lot of OPI, and like their products - afraid their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased their Rapidry from a department store, but hasn't lasted very long before becoming thick, and gloopy and no longer fit for purpose (probably used approx. 1/3rd of bottle). Upon contacting Customer Service, I've been given various spurious excuses for failure of their product, and they will not replace product, even though I've offered to send them photos/or return product.
Sorry - I expect a certain standard of customer service for product failure, but OPI UK has fallen far short of their own hype.

I love this site. So much choice (full ranges clearly sectioned), excellent delivery with the option of free delivery (£15+ which is a great threshold) and proactive customer service if products ever go temporarily out of stock. They are also competitively priced. I don’t shop anywhere else now. Loyal, satisfied customer (wish they did loyalty points).

This is a review for nailpolishdirect.co.uk. I have ordered from here a number of times and I am always really happy with the products and service. I use OPI and China Glaze nail polishes and Nail Polish Direct stock a wide rage of both of these brands. My order was dispatched yesterday and I have just received it today. I have recommended the website to members of my family who also now order items from here. I highly recommend.

I've ordered a couple of times before from Nail Polish Direct and both times have been wowed by their fast dispatch. I found them to be competitively priced in the past. This year their prices appear to have risen. Anyway following on from my order last month I will no longer be using this company.

I tried to order a couple of items a nail polish and a nail file online but wasn't working so assuming it was my device I called and placed an order and both arrived next day. I noticed straight away that the polish was a lighter shade than I needed so called the number and initiated a refund. Sent the items back and waited. A week passed and I telephoned again. The following day a refund was processed. I waited over a week and nothing had appeared in my bank account. I emailed and was asked for a copy of my bank transaction which I provided a £9.95 item! After a week of their "accounts department" looking into the matter and me chasing I received a call from "accounts" letting me know of a technical hitch. I am not too sure. I provided them with my bank card and am awaiting to see whether or not the money arrives back with me. This is utterly unacceptable and probably what was worse was their utter lack of care. Emails such as "do you remember who you spoke to when placing the order?" really? It's less than £10. My bank account shows the money was debited and my online nailpolishdirect account shows that the transaction. My post office receipt shows the return. Just refund me!

Never ever again thank you.. I shall await my refund and then I can say goodbye nailpolishdirect forever

I would defiantly recommend the site as the prices are also fantastic. I've ordered from here a couple of time and the order is ALWAYS dispatched the next day and arrives the following day even when selecting the free delivery 3-5 working days.
