Their customer service is one of the worst I've come across in years!
I won't call people by name but forget about complaining, forget about getting a response to an email you send to them, nothing community focused about them. Very disappointment and once I've finished my complaint with the FOS, I'm sure they will agree to.
It's 2026, companies should want to do right by their customers.
