Absolutely terrible service – Avoid at all costs!I went to this shop every three months to have the wheel alignment checked on my brand-new tires, and every single time was a complete disaster. After the first check, the tires started wearing out on the inside. After the second visit, they were wearing out on the outside.
My last visit was on January 31st, 2026, and it was the final straw: my tires are now completely destroyed, worn down to nothing on the inside. I paid every time, and they were never able to get the alignment right. They have ruined £500 worth of new tires.
When I went back today to show them the damage they caused, I was treated incredibly poorly. Instead of taking responsibility, they had the nerve to ask for more money to perform another check. They are extremely unprofessional. I even had the suspension arms and components checked to see if there was a mechanical issue with my car, but everything is perfectly fine.
The conclusion is simple: either their equipment is broken and uncalibrated, or they have no idea how to use it. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY unless you want your tires ruined too. WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good prices, instant attention to do the work and work completed efficiently. Have used them several times and can't really fault them.
