Great Service from Mr Tyre in Rochdale…
Great Service from Mr Tyre in Rochdale today (24/4/26) They really are the cheapest quality Tyres in the wider area so booked my partners Vauxhall Agila in which she acquired less than 2 years ago and which she always said seemed to run a bit noisy. So ordered 4 new Firestone Roadhawk with valve & balance included as the ones she had on were a mismatch of cheap budgets that weren't in the best condition! The alignment was checked after the tyres were fitted which was a country mile out which was taken care of. After a quick run up the motorway when we left she couldn't be happier as her car is now much quieter and smoother! So a big thank you to Paul and the team for great service! Comes highly recommended.

Tracking done. Perfect.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service – Avoid at all costs!I went to this shop every three months to have the wheel alignment checked on my brand-new tires, and every single time was a complete disaster. After the first check, the tires started wearing out on the inside. After the second visit, they were wearing out on the outside.
My last visit was on January 31st, 2026, and it was the final straw: my tires are now completely destroyed, worn down to nothing on the inside. I paid every time, and they were never able to get the alignment right. They have ruined £500 worth of new tires.
When I went back today to show them the damage they caused, I was treated incredibly poorly. Instead of taking responsibility, they had the nerve to ask for more money to perform another check. They are extremely unprofessional. I even had the suspension arms and components checked to see if there was a mechanical issue with my car, but everything is perfectly fine.
The conclusion is simple: either their equipment is broken and uncalibrated, or they have no idea how to use it. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY unless you want your tires ruined too. WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We are sorry to see that you are disappointed and we have made multiple attempts to contact you by telephone to discuss your case. But as you have not answered I will have to address this on this forum.
In July 2025 when you first came in with this vehicle the mileage was 108,422 and the tread readings on your tyres was 6mm.
In January 2026 the mileage was 124,271 and the tyre tread was at 3mm on the edge on one of your front tyres. I agree that is consistent with uneven wear, however that does not imply anything other than your vehicle has covered 15,849 miles and has most likely suffered from a deterioration of alignment due to poor road surface, and or pot hole impact of speed bump impacts of some sort. No garage can be held responsible for that. A read out is generated when the alignment check and adjustment is performed, which demonstrates its accuracy. After that, it is road conditions that alters it. Our equipment is less than 12 months old and is the latest technology, which our technicians are all trained to use.
