Home made bread is best!
I first made contact by telephone, reporting a faulty bread maker. My call was taken by Jack in Customer Services, a person who listened, was polite and efficient. After that everything was dealt with by email. I answered all his queries, sent pictures and a short video and no sooner was that done, then we were on the final part of cutting the mains lead on the item and being told a replacement was in the process of being despatched. Everything went smoothly, but being an elderly person, it would have been nice to have had a bit more chat time.

Reliable brand
I've used Morphy richards irons all my married life, 60 years. I wouldn't use any other brand. They are reliable.

Slow cooker replacement

Iron stopped working after a few months. only used a handful of times. Tried to reach customer service. No Phone number , no response apart from we have received your email.
They don't have follow up customer service standards . Cheap products and cheap frustrating experience

However, we would like to clarify the contact history. You contacted us through live chat on 29 September and received an immediate response and advice on the next steps. Your email of 30 September was also answered by an advisor on 1 October, so you have received more than an automated acknowledgement.
As the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we advised you to contact Amazon, where the appliance was purchased, to arrange a return for a resolution. Referring you to the retailer is a step towards resolving the problem, and our team will explain how to proceed.
We appreciate that this is frustrating, but we have responded to both contacts and remain available to help you with those next steps.

Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. I had an issue with a toaster and asked to make a claim under the warranty. The complete process took less than a day. New toaster on its way.

Received replacemnt steam iron
Received replacemnt steam iron. I like this style as light and easy to remove water container to fill. My first one just stopped working after 10 months hope this one lasts longer as really like this particular iron

I first used Morphy Richards irons as a young teen in the fifties... my mothers, dry iron, of course. They were always great and reliable [unless you dropped them]. I naturally brought their iron in 1970 when I needed one of my own, why would I have done otherwise... they do the job well.
So again this year I replaced an iron I had had for a dozen years or more. Still have no complaint - though I did like the light weight dry iron of the 60s.
Ordered from Morphy Richards it came quickly and was well packed at a good comparative price.

Faultless customer service
Having ordered from Morphy Richards in the past I knew I was in safe hands.
I did have a little difficulty with putting my discount code through on this occasion but I emailed immediately and had a reply by the end of the same afternoon with an apology and a reassurance that I would be credited for the amount. I was told to expect to wait a few days for the credit to show but again was pleasantly surprised to see it refunded the same day.
Absolutely faultless customer service.
