So easy to deal with
So easy to deal with. I got a phone call and answered some questions. Then a call back to tell me we had been accepted and how much is was and then all the forms were emailed and signed electronically, along with instructions on photos I need to send once I went to pick up the car.
The first payment was taken exactly when I was told it would be. I am really happy with how everything went. I am happy to recommend Moneyway.

irresponsibility
To begin with, they have an agreement with MatchMe Car Finance. The car I financed in less than two weeks had to spend almost £1000 on maintenance to be able to use the car. According to the contract I signed, direct debit is every 17th of the following months and they are advancing it to the 8th without knowing if I can pay, even though I have all my bills calculated for each month, and they are doing this without calling me to authorize it. In short, they are not fair, a real lie.

Started off ok with no hassle but come…
Started off ok with no hassle but come towards the last few monthly payments we were hounded and Hounded by emails and text messages reminding us of upcoming payments that after paying monthly for the last 6 years we would suddenly forget the next payment
On All it spoilt what could of been a good experience
Unknown to motorway we were due to completely clear any outstanding payments due to trading in our old car and arranging finance on a new car with the funds included to clear any outstanding payments to moneyway
We won’t use Moneyway again I’m afraid
