Be very careful with this company. If you have any problem with the car you are screwed. I waited 10 months from reporting the car as faulty until they collected the car. They drag it out as long as possible so that they can build up your monthly payments and deduct a lump sum out of your refund !!!

I paid £1700 over 11 months (10 out of 11 months I couldn’t use the car as it was broke) and I only received back £500. On top of this they still haven’t removed the balance off my credit file.

Horrible company, Conaire is useless. Good luck !!

Was quick on getting me a finance on the time that I need. Was easy to fill the form and their agent was very helpful and knows how to help customers

I have had no issues with customer service however, there is no app to track payments nor any option to make additional payments towards the agreement.
Filtered throught the website and tried making additional payment but not allowed as my agreement number is INCORRECT. Tried paying in several different ways and still no luck. (Despite having to advertise automated payment line - which only operates during office hours, therefore not AUTOMATED !!)
There is no regular updates, no live tracking, no direct access to customer account. Very disappointing considering most if not all companies moved to online customer portals. Would be beneficial to have direct customer account.
Won't be using them again; I like to stay on top of my finances and those guys are making my life miserable by not allowing me to pay!
One off statement is sent to customers annually, not good enough I am afraid.

Time, efficiency, honesty and reliable, i was so pleased the way i was attended to. Marcus was very exceptional and supportive in making sure my dream car was a successful. so yes i can beat my chest for the company for their honesty

If there was a minus star id have given that. We got car finance through moneyways but had to hand car bqck as was faulty. The car sat on my drive for 7 months and finally they sorted it out and picked it up. We have chased many times and called and promised call backs which never ever happen. We have been promised our money back in our account for the last 3 weeks still nothing. Also they have taken £800 for millage also. Disgraceful customer service.

Paid 5 years. Now satisfied. 3 months ago .Still not reported to Credit Agencys. Now to call financial obudsmen. Phone lines impossible to get through, no response to e-mails. Terrible service affecting my credit rating.
