AVOID AVOID AVOID
AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will mislead you - as they have several times in regards to a complaint I have had with this company. They will bend info to their advantage- as they have with my claim against them. They will say there “investigating” or that there “processing “ information when all they are doing is dragging things out , hopefully that you will go away. If this reviews stops at least one person from using this company and the exuberant charges and interest they charge, and for someone to go elsewhere or to think twice, then my review will be worth writing. I will probably get the usual from moneyway - first they will ask for my ref number ( they do this so they can get reviews removed). Then they will complain to trust pilot that info is not accurate etc ( I can prove everyone have said to trust pilot ). Then they will give you automated, AI processing response. I have the financial ombudsman investigating this company and my complaint, then I will be seeking legal action against moneyway and will be involving several media outlets - just think do you think I would do all that if I had been a satisfied customer? As the title goes - AVOID AVOID AVOID
