Mockford and Hunt were the agents acting on behalf of the sellers of the house we recently purchased. Tim was extremely helpful throughout the (very long) process and was always on the end of the phone. Although not actually our estate agent, his help and support helped us get to the finish line and we really appreciate his hard work in making it finally happen. We have bought a house that Tim and Mockford's were showing, from the very start he has been professional and extremely helpful.
A second viewing of the house was no problem and understood that a commitment of that amount of money isn't a decision that should be made on one viewing.

There have been plenty of issues with the conveyancer we used and Tim and Frances from the team have worked tirelessly to get the process moving and chasing people. This has been a huge help to us and shows the above and beyond approach they have to their work.

If you need to move home and want a great estate agents I recommend Mockford and Hunt. Tim, Frances and Charlotte were all outstanding. I sold my house within one week of advertising. The sale of my property was hassle free. The customer service throughout was excellent and a special shout out to Tim who also supported me on my purchase.

Having never sold a house previously I was unsure of where to begin. I contacted Mockford and Hunt as they had been recommended to me and can honestly say that they made the whole process seamless. Tim, Frances and Charlotte were simply a message away and easily contactable through the group WhatsApp they set up for me from the beginning. At a glance I could check progress in the app and if I had a query it was answered instantly by one of the team. More than professional they were friendly, positive and helpful and nothing was too much effort. Even after completion they have gone above and beyond, collecting my mail from my old address and making sure it came to me whilst my redirect was being set up.
I would recommend Mockford and Hunt in a heartbeat and wish them every continued success in a job they clearly love.

We have recently bought our house through Mockford and Hunt and have to say the whole experience was brilliant!
For us communication is really important and the team (we dealt with Francis and Tim) were on the ball from the minute our offer was accepted to even now when we have completed.
They set up a WhatsApp group as soon as our offer was accepted and kept us updated throughout the process. If we had a question, it was answered very quickly with no hassle.
We can honestly say we would have no problem using them ourselves in the future, and in fact wish we did use them for our sale!!

Being first time buyers, the process was a little daunting, but Tim was there every step of the way, and all our questions were dealt with quickly yet efficiently. I think this is mainly because of the 'What's app' group that was created at the start of the process. When you're busy at work, it's not always possible to have your emails to hand all the time, so receiving updates via a text message, or if we had an urgent question, this was really useful. Absolutely flawless ! From start to finish Tim and the team have been soooo helpful and nothing is too much for them. Well I don’t no we’re to start Tim and Charlotte made are experience selling are home smooth and pain free they dealt with the Solictor’s. The buys Solictor’s everything. can not be happier. And to be honest knew more of what was happening than the solicitors all round superhero in my book 👌

In the search for my first home I had a few hurdles in the buying process - thankfully the team at Mockford & Hunt were extremely understanding of my complete inexperience in buying and provided advice & guidance along the way. They were especially brilliant towards the end and alleviated a huge chunk of stress by handling the communications between buyer/sellers. The WhatsApp group was much easier than the usual email tennis you would get otherwise.

We recently finally moved into our new home.
Tim, Frances and Charlotte were amazing. always to hand, enabled us to view the property several times and answered any questions very promptly.

The process was very stressful towards the end but this was due to our solicitor that didn't communicate and held the process up, I wouldn't recommend them at all

However I would definitely recommend Mockford and Hunt to anyone buying or selling a property. 5* service 😀

Tim has been amazing through the purchase of our new home. Tim was so accommodating and managed to get us in to see the house before my wife & I went away on holiday. Whilst we were away, Tim kept us up to date with the other interest in the property and eventually secured the house for us.
