Booked a flight through Lycafly, got a confirmation email. Based on this I booked further connecting flights.

Around an hour later I received a rather unprofessional-looking email asking me to provide a copy of my card and passport within 30 minutes or the booking would be cancelled. This was late evening so I was already asleep.

The following day I wrote back asking for clarification, but as of writing this review three days later have received no response. The only positive is that the money has been credited to my account so I know the booking has been cancelled, but in the meantime the flight cost has increased by some £400. I cannot understand why the necessary details are not taken at the time of booking. I will not be booking with LycaFly again.
