Booked flight with them through…

Booked flight with them through Skyscanner. Booking went well until 10 minutes afterwards when they phoned asking for more money. At first said this £60 was to make the ticket flexible, then for lounge access and then because flight no longer available at that price. When I refused to pay more they hung up the phone. Phoned them back asking for my money to be returned was told this would take 2 weeks. Eventually we sorted it out and I have my flights at the original cost but clearly this company or some of its employees are running a con.
