After 3 months I still have not received my refund for my cancelled flight. I have called multiple times to be told I will be called back once the operator has spoken to the refund team. I have also emailed multiple times with 0 response. My girlfriend is also experiencing the same issue.

we had very bad experience with Lycafly agent they are unprofessional not helpful at all if you have any issues with the ticket then see there agent true colour they become aggressive and greedy to take advantage of the situation and make money i bought tickets then i realise that spelling mistakes when i spoke to emirates airlines they said to change £60 when i called them they said i can help you buy a new ticket then in the end they said okay give us £185 to change i told them it’s £60 they became rude and said go and do it from them i said you’re the middle man we can’t do directly they said then i don’t care your losing your tickets we can charge as much we want no one can tell us what to charge unprofessional conversation
Disgraceful refund practices
Having spent £3180 on a Qatar business class ticket, the flight was cancelled owing the Gulf conflict.
I called Lycafly immediately afterwards to claim a refund.
My daughter had tickets purchased through Expedia on the exact same flights, and received a full refund within 7 days.
Over 2 1/2 months later, despite promises, no refund has been given.
Lycafly clearly runs a policy of sitting on client funds for as long as they can get away with absent legal action.
For that reason I would never use this company again, and I would strongly recommend no one else does.
Apparently cheap fares are in no way compensated for by shoddy business practices in cases such as mine.
It is with dread that you have to contemplate going to the small claims court or via your credit card provider to reclaim monies that should be properly paid back without argument, prevarication, and maximum delay

Still waiting for a refund 8 weeks later – Avoid!
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Lycafly. We had flights booked to Dubai for March, which were understandably cancelled due to the conflict in the region.
While the cancellation was out of their control, their handling of my refund has been completely unacceptable.
I followed up regarding my refund in April and was explicitly told in writing that the funds would be returned to my account within 7 working days. We are now well past that timeframe, and despite my attempts to contact them, I have still not received my money.
It feels like they are intentionally delaying the process and providing false timelines to get customers off the phone.
Pros: None.
Cons: Poor communication, broken promises, and withholding refunds.
Advice to others: Think twice before booking with this agency. It’s easy to take your money, but nearly impossible to get it back when things go wrong.

I was extremely anxious and had started panicking about my trip to India as there was a misunderstanding with the dates that I’m going finally it’s been confirmed that I am flying out on the 29th of November from Heathrow Airport and I am flying back to the UK on the 14th of December. Thank goodness that has been resolved. The gentleman that was helping me is called. Hemant Tanwer. Up to now two people that have helped me have been extremely polite, respectful and understanding. This kind of service is very rare and I really appreciate it. Thank you for all of your good work ladies engine gentle coming.
Its a scam
Its a scam. Do not book with this agency. They will not put the total price. They have hidden charges and will ask you to pay for the baggage which isnt usual for other companies. It is so disappointing as it will not show when you’re booking unless if youve paid for it and ask them. It is so frustrating as they will ask you to pay another 110 for the baggage or 150 if you ask for refund which is ridiculous. This is very alarming as it is so unfair to the paying customer. I hope this company will be taken down. I will complain in skyscanner as they show this agency in their booking options. We’re trying to look for cheaper tickets but ends up paying more than what you expected.
