I booked my flight ticket 3month before
I cancelled it due to some reason I applied for refund is now more than two and off month still I did int get my refund they are not giving proper response aswell . Very bad customer service
For getting refund they ask me some money I paid that aswell .

Got my itinerary e mail,
Within 5 minutes got a phone call call from LycaFly
Asked me if I was happy with the itinerary and asked me if I wanted to change eny dates etc,
I said no all good thanks,

British Airways unfortunately cancelled our return flight, due to operational duties, and I called Lycafly to discuss. It could have been a major headache as we are going on the British Lions Tour and dictated by already booked internal flights. 😬 I spoke to Sandeep, who was absolutely brilliant and he spent several hours sourcing us other flights that fitted out dates and times.
