Just have to say that Natalie Taylor is a superb agent and she represents leavitt bucket. So in the future that anybody that wishes to deal with her she will make the process so easy and explain everything she is a credit to love it bucket and I should only be dealing with her in the future

I have booked a cruise with Love it Book it this morning Sunday the 11th of October (Miami-Caribbean)
John provided a good range of information and spent a considerable amount of time answering the multitude of questions I asked regarding flights/booking premium/staying in Fort Lauderdale as opposed to Miami and so forth.

This is our first cruise booked with Loveitbookit, we have never used a Cruise Agency before and either use Trailfinders or book direct with the Cruise company and make our own travel arrangements. Very straightforward booking process on the phone and Olivia was a pleasure to deal with as we ended up later booking for additional family members as well. She answered all our questions and followed up very promptly with any queries. Since booking we have contacted the company several times to tweak the package regarding flights and additional days pre cruise to Japan. Spoke to several staff who were very friendly and professional and Abbie who has been so helpful and patient with our requests. Though you book a package they can tailor make your arrangements as in our case :the choice of hotel; length of stay; a local airport departure rather than London and the type of ticket ( as the flight tickets have not yet been issued) so that has given us more flexibility and the additional costs have been reasonable. Once booked you can access your account through the website or phone them. Everything is clearly set out and you have a choice of paying online or over the phone.

We contacted Olivia directly as she had booked a previous cruise for us. We find Olivia to be extremely friendly and helpful and she always answers our questions. Cruises are not cheap holidays so to have an advisor who talks you through everything is very important to us.
