They were easy to deal with and helpful during a difficult time when our cruise was cancelled and a different one had to be booked. The only slight issue was that the interaction between them and the cruise operator and us was quite slow causing some minor anxiety!

Just have to say that Natalie Taylor is a superb agent and she represents leavitt bucket. So in the future that anybody that wishes to deal with her she will make the process so easy and explain everything she is a credit to love it bucket and I should only be dealing with her in the future

I have booked a cruise with Love it Book it this morning Sunday the 11th of October (Miami-Caribbean)
John provided a good range of information and spent a considerable amount of time answering the multitude of questions I asked regarding flights/booking premium/staying in Fort Lauderdale as opposed to Miami and so forth.
