We had a viewing booked at one of the property that was for sale through Presidential. Jack was the colleague dealing with us. He was extremely professional from the first point of contact till the viewing date. On the day of the viewing he was there early setting up. He was welcoming when we entered the property with my family. He showed us around and ensured us that if we had any questions he would answer and if he doesn't have the answer he would come back to us.
