Smooth transaction and items arrived on time and as described

The website errored out during checkout causing duplicate orders which Gregory didnt acknowledge or act on. Both orders were charged for and later mail (shippimg notifications) indicated the wrong name (wrong name on this review too). Not sure if this is related but the card used was hacked right after ordsring.

Our lights are beautiful we love them. We have bought other things in the store and we're very happy so we tried ordering online and are just as happy with our choice and the product

I needed a specific solution for a recessed fixture. The phone rep coordinated with stock person and shipped right away. Perfect.

Sam Mizrahy was very knowledgeable and helped me with a tricky installation. I purchased the configuration he recommended despite not being able to test it in my apartment or return the fixtures because it was a special order from the manufacturer. Everything worked out well and I was able to have the lights installed exactly the way Sam recommended and everything worked just as he said it would.

We buy from you often and our lamps are all sturdy and of excellent design and give good light. Mark was our salesman and he is capable and helpful. The D train gets us to Broadway and Lafayette readily and we can keep coming back without difficulty. Lamps are expensive and I cannot judge prices but I presume your are fair. My wife is particular and she likes your store and what you offer and what we have bought from you..

There are many top brands on display and made several trips to look at various lights and manufacturers for different rooms. Ended up ordering a ceiling fan which was a big improvement over my existing fan. A light I saw online turns out they didn't have so ordered online. And got ideas when I'm ready to replace light in dining room. Salesperswas friend Lynn and helpful.

Lighting By Gregory has an excellent product selection at prices that I can afford. That's important for someone who wants to upgrade their rental properties.

Ordered another ceiling fan, like one that I had purchased 8-9 years prior. I couldn't find the model on website or even the model # on the older fan. I took a photo & emailed it to Lighting by Gregory late on a Friday afternoon and received a very quick reply. I called to order one and was able to speak to the person that had replied to my email. I ordered it and received it the next week.

The service from Lighting By Gregory was great, as it has been in the past. We needed an odd replacement for a broken light and the salesperson who helped us (whose name I forget) was knowledgeable and helpful. The piece had to be ordered from the factory in Italy. They had it shipped right to us. I thought it was going to be a big rigamarole to find it and order it, but it was easy and simple. Easy and simple is my favorite path.

I ordered a high end lamp that had many difficulties. The Management took ownship of the problem and in the end I have the lamp that I wanted and am very pleased. The entire process took almost 6 months. Patience on all sides was the key.

Vanda is tops. My Quoizel chandelier is stunning. Makes me smile. I'm reading this by my Concept Z standing light fixture. So versatile.
