De har allerade snydt mig og har skyldt mig mellem 8-900 kr de sidste 2 år som jeg stadig ikke har modtaget som lovet. De er fra den sidste bestilling på et overvågningssystem hvor de skrifligt lovede at tilbagebetale told og afgifter.

Denne gang har de snydt mig og stjålet næsten 2000 kr på vare som er bestilt for flere måneder siden, bestilte inden nytår. så nu er jeg ved at være træt af disse svindlere som stjæler kundernes penge bevist. har bestilt 3 alarm systemer og har ikke engang fået en besked om hvornår jeg ville modtage varerne.

Så jeg jeg regner med at disse tyve som laver dette bedrageri igen har bestjålet mig og nu har jeg så mistet næsten 3000 kr så mit næste skridt er at anmelde tabet til min bank samt politiet med håb om at få mit tilgode havende tilbage.

As a designer who specifies and buys a wide range of lighting and control product, they handle every collection and manufacturer we love to use for our projects. Our salesperson, Ed Silverii is tops when it comes to customer service and his knowledge of product. The shipping department is extremely well managed, so we always know where our merchandise is at anytime.

Vivian was very informative and extremely knowledgeable about the vast inventory that Lighting by Gregory has. The prices were not over the top either.

I had an excellent experience with Lighting by Gregory during a major home renovation these past few months. My sales rep, Rick Weirich, was always helpful and went out of his way to serve us with advise, unusual orders, helping us figure lighting questions out with our architect and many small details that took what could have been a headache, and made it seamless. The in-store experience was good, but the followup experience was inadequate after placing a large order and paying for it up front.
Phone calls and emails were hard to get replies to my questions and still haven't received answers to some of them.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Worked with Mark R, who takes care to listen to the customer's interest/request and determines feasibility and/or considers the proposed application relative to the physical characteristics and similar conditions. Offers plausible and valued advice, recommendations and/or appropriate product and bears the patience to endure my lengthy due diligence. LBG's merchandising and quality was also consistent to the architecture and style for the proposed application I intended to achive.

The only encumbrance is the payment process; which entails multiple documents. Don't expect to simply give a credit card and have it swiped. No...you have to fill out a form with all of your credit card information, sign it and sign the invoice and ensure that the invoice and credit card forms are in agreement. If handling a transaction remotely, you need a scanner or fax machine to handle it.
