Customer service is becoming a lost art, but not with Lighting by Gregory.
Forget the other 'guys', use Gregory.

Big selection and very knowledgeable staff. All items came in as ordered! This was our recondite positive experience with major lighting purchases.

It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Lighting by Gregory. I am a general contractor and the service was outstanding.

There is no lighting expert and service compared to Ed Silveri. No doubt your company has just about any product, but it's the details, of which Ed never misses, that makes the difference. Hope you open a midtown showroom soon. Nothing like a designer able to browse weekly. Def inspired additionall purchases.

Rick was very helpful as I completed my lighting purchases. It can be an overwhelming process and he was very patient. I would recommend Rick to anyone looking for guidance on their lighting choices.

Prices are a bit high and shipping slow but very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff and great post-purchase customer support. I've done business with them for years because I can count on them like family.

Our salesperson, Vivian, was really helpful, and we found the perfect lamp for us. Unfortunately, she didn't realize that the company would be closed for a couple of days, so shipping would be delayed. No big deal, normally, but we were out of town on the delivery date, which required a signature.

The reason I gave such a high rating is that my sales person Ed Silverii
is excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable in the lighting field.

2-3 week online delivery took over six weeks. Had to cancel my electrician several times... several lies and promises...
You have been warned about Gregory , so you have only yourself to blame if you are disappointed by dealing with them

I had low expectations for service here, but their selection is huge. I mentioned that I needed my fixture within a week so the contractor could install it before the renovation was completed and Sam, our salesperson, made sure that happened. We are very satisfied.

I worked with sam mizrahy and he couldn't be more helpful. He knows his stuff! I had a great experience.

The first salesperson, Mark, was very unhelpful. He did not show me all the possibilities for my tracklighting system. When I returned the second time to choose a product, he ridiculed me, brushed me off and hurried away.
I walked out angry determined not to encounter Mark.
When I came again to purchase the fixtures i was helped by another salesperson who showed me fixtures Mark had not pointed out. He answered all my questions clearly. I purchased the fixtures from him.
Customer service is crucial especially for electrical items.

I ordered two table lamps. I contacted Lighting By Gregory to find out when the lamps would ship when I didn't receive a shipment confirmation within a week of placing the order. I left multiple messages on the customer service voicemail and no one returned my calls. When I finally spoke to a customer service representative, the representative informed me the lamps would "definitely ship" on a specific day and I would receive a confirmation email. The lamps did not ship that day -- but 12 days after ordering! The website says they will ship in 6 days. I was thrilled with the lamps but disappointed with Lighting By Gregory's customer service and communication. Will not be ordering again from Lighting By Gregory.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A FAN FOR MY KITCHEN. IT IS FOR A CHILD'S BEDROOM COMPLETE WITH BEARS ON IT. THIS WAS NOT IN THE DESCRIPTION ANYWHERE!! NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE!! HELL NO.

Overall experience was good. However would have liked updates on an item that is on back order. Still don't have the chandelier and haven't received at ETA.

Great service, very experienced rep, and got exactly what I ordered and expected.
