I am retiring in a couple of months. My broker is arranging my annuity. My personal pensions have been transferred across within days e.g. L&G who use Origo. However with WTW, they are still using out of date paper forms. These forms I promptly signed and returned only to find several days later that they forgot to include certain forms. These I again signed promptly and returned. After several more days I then get told that they could not verify my address and could I send additional proof. I promptly sent over 4 documents e.g. HMRC that had my address as proof. I find this crazy as I have worked for WTW for over 5 years and they have my address on record. All this is delaying the completion of my annuity and having a negative impact on my eventual income. Contacting those dealing with this transfer is not possible. You have to phone a helpline number which is answered in the UK but those responsible are based in Manila (Philippines) and so cannot deal directly with them. I find the whole process shocking for such a high profile company.

Well it’s the first time I’ve contacted LifeSight pension they were very helpful I know they have a hard job to do at least you can get in touch online or by phone if you get stuck so that helps a lot so definitely recommend this pension provider thanks again

Carmel Iqbal was superlative. She was indispensable in navigating the transference of my pension from the UK to the US. As well excellent comms both by phone and email, can't thank her enough.

0 stars – avoid at all costs
LifeSight has shown no customer service whatsoever. They refused to properly look into my issue and offered no meaningful help or resolution.
As a result, I have had no option but to consider legal action and to log a formal complaint with the Pensions Ombudsman.
This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. Based on my dealings with LifeSight, I would strongly advise others to avoid them entirely and never place a pension with this provider.

Thorough knowledgeable and friendly staff. Answered all of my questions and advised me in a simple straightforward way. They stayed on the phone guiding me through all stages of use despite my difficulties.
I could not have wished for more helpful friendly staff.

I have been trying to draw down since October 2026 and get an error message. It takes 6 weeks for any reply and my latest email just advises it been forwarded onto another team.

Following a couple of administrative issues I had experienced with my account, I was exceptionally fortunate to have had Graeme Atkinson, Senior Administrator manange my concerns.
Despite not being able to reach me initially, Graeme perserved & he was incredibly professional & understanding when he did manage to reach me.
He was also open to listening & accepting my feedback, confirming that he would absolutely ensure that it was fed up to those in his wider team, which was really refreshing to know.
Suffice to say, it is without hesitation that Graeme receives 5 out of 5 stars from me for his friendly approach & professionalism.
He really is a credit to the Lifesight epa Team.

I think this is the worst website I have ever used and their customer service is pathetic. I have not been able to log in to my account for a week. Their verification process does not work and just says to try again tomorrow. Absolutely no contact details to call them, and no option on their website to make a complaint. The whole experience is so frustrating. A horrendous service

The most infuriating, incompetent company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I applied for our 25% tax-free lump sum in AUGUST, and somehow it’s now December and we’re still sat here waiting. I was told the money would be in our account on Monday within 24–48 hours — well, it’s now Thursday and surprise, still nothing.
They take a full month to respond to a single email if they need more info, dragging the process out for no reason other than pure uselessness. I’m absolutely exhausted from constantly ringing and chasing my own money. This payout was meant for Christmas — and after applying four months ago I stupidly believed it would actually arrive.
I’ve been fobbed off over and over again. The only decent person I’ve spoken to is Ben tonight, who’s at least trying to escalate it. But honestly, at this rate I’ll probably be six feet under before they finally release what’s owed to me. The whole company is an absolute disgrace.
