I purchased the Corsica 2x lounge chair set & footstools, which were everything the images & product description on the LG Outdoor website detailed. I was looking for a premium set of garden loungers & these chairs definitely fulfil that criteria - super comfortable & great ergonomic back support. They look stylish too with robust stain prevention treated cushions in a soft grey colour.
LG Outdoors customer service was outstanding. There was an imperfection with one of the footstool’s & a replacement was arranged & delivered within 5 working days. Nothing was too much trouble for the customer service team. I highly recommend the product & the professional & swift approach demonstrated by their customer service team!!

I spoke to James regarding my LG…
I spoke to James regarding my LG outdoor funiture, Rodent had chewed though the covers.
James asked me to take pictures of funiture & damage so he could identify it for me. I did this & he said he would get back to me in a couple of days.
I fact he emailed back the same day & by the next day all was ordered.
I couldn't believe the service I got.
From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with there after care dept. To beat it all as it was quite new furniture as a good will gesture they replaced covers free of charge.
I would highly recommend this company to deal with.

Replacement part required for my BBQ after I had damaged it.
The service I was given to rectify an issue I created with my BBQ was truly exceptional. The respnse from James was very quick. He understood my needs clearly, communicating by e mail to verify the part I required. Requested photos of the problem and part, then supplied it efficiently and in a very timely manner. We purchased a Smash Grill, and on assembly we noticed that one part was faulty. We contacted customer support and James was very helpful. Once he received copies of the photos of the faulty parts he contacted us very quickly to arrange replacement to be sent out. I cannot fault his customer service.

Replacement glass
I contacted Lg requesting replacement glass for my patio table. The price was £240 which I thought was very expensive. However I have tried to contact them again o several occasions and they have not replied to my emails.

LeisureGrow? No, no, no!
Shortly after washing the four grills of my BBQ with warm water and mild soap, two of the grills badly corroded. So badly corroded large chunks of the grill embedded themselves in the burgers I was cooking. Slightly nauseating. This was a John Lewis branded BBQ and it took them more than a week to get back to me. I was eventually informed that this was the responsibility of Leisuregrow (LG). After receiving an unclear response from LG via John Lewis I contacted LG directly and was informed that the warranty would not be honoured. When I asked for the warranty conditions to be explained, the woman in Customer Service went on the offensive and would not process my payment for the replacement parts. She said this was because my cleaning technique was not to her liking, that I was a bad steward of their products. So I had to call John Lewis again and restart the process. LG seems to have added 13 pounds to the replacement cost for reasons unclear to me. Their delivery agent is DPD and as I was not going to be home, I asked for the parcel to be placed in the recycling box, to which they confirmed. I received a text message indicating the parcel had been left in a safe and secure place. Directly in front of my front door, meaning that anyone walking by could have helped themselves to it. This is the short and polite version.
Update:
The process of having the faulty grills replaced was more time consuming and involved more steps than I would have expected. Moreover, I would have expected that the retailer would take more responsibility. Also, to clarify when I called Customer Service this was not for the purpose of getting the parts for free, but rather to pay for them as this could not be done online, and to try to understand the warranty because this was not clear from earlier correspondence, and the Furniture Department of John Lewis didn’t seem to know. However, I now have the replacement parts and I trust they will last a very long time. I’ll leave it at that.

To clarify, during your telephone conversation you had requested that the replacement grills be supplied free of charge and that we pursue the claim directly with John Lewis on your behalf.
Unfortunately, this is not a service we are able to offer, which is why you were advised to contact John Lewis directly regarding this request.
Having reviewed the quotations provided, we can also confirm that there was no additional increase in the cost of the replacement parts as suggested.
As explained during previous correspondence, the warranty was deemed invalid due to maintenance-related issues, and in such instances replacement parts are chargeable. This decision was made in line with the warranty terms and conditions.
We are, however, sorry to hear of the delivery concerns raised regarding DPD and appreciate your feedback on this matter.

Substandard BBQs and Disappointing Customer Service
If I could leave less than 1 star I would! We purchased our BBQ over two years ago through John Lewis who I have to say, live up to their reputation of excellent customer service. We paid £1158 for the BBQ (so not cheap) and all 4 wheels have since collapsed, making it impossible to move through no fault of our own. Leisuregrow were provided with photos but have ducked and dived, refusing to replace the wheels, claiming they were not covered under the existing warranty unlike recent products. JL however agreed that this is unfair and have offered to replace the wheels at a cost to them.
I would never buy a BBQ again from Leisuregrow as the quality is substandard and their customer service is lacking. Disappointing for a UK based company but hats off to John Lewis.
