I ordered a dress and was charged 26.99…
I ordered a dress and was charged 26.99 for shipping but was told the shipping was 5 to 7 days, so I paid it. After I paid for the dress, I received a confirmation email that said the dress had to be made, which could take up to 15 days and then up to an additional 15 for shipping. I was shocked that it had to be made and shocked that the shipping time doubled. I emailed the company with zero response. I contacted them through their Facebook messages to try, and it said the message could not be sent. I have reached out to them five times via email and IG and on a post in their FB. Radio silence. They lied from the start about the dress, and I am woefully disappointed. I have thus far lost $155.99. I am still waiting for a reply. I need a refund.

Partner bought me a pair of cowboy boots . Took 2 weeks to arrive only to find the sizing is terrible im a uk size 8 , these won't even take my foot in them definitely not a size 8 more like a size 6.. Scam - I ordered a £100 dress that was supposed to be velvet, the picture looks velvet and the description said velvet. Of course when it arrived it was a disgusting polyester. I asked to send it back and was told to send pictures. Its just a scam DO NOT BUY.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Although it’s called LeelyUK it’s based in China. I spent over £200 on two dresses but they were no good so I wanted to send them back. I had to spend £36 in shipping costs. Months later the package got returned back to me as the address they gave me didn’t exist. They’re refusing to take the dresses back now so I’ve wasted £200. There are plenty of other good reputable places to buy dresses from so I’d steer clear of these guys!
They then replied to my review with a lie. They gave me an address is china to return the dresses to not an American address. The dresses were sent back to the address they gave me immediately but it seems it was a bogus address. If they were an honest company who really cared, they’d give me the right address to send the dresses back to and give me a refund. Instead, they’re refusing to do anything saying I’m now outside the returns period. Don’t get stung by this company!

AVOID LEELY. It's an absolute sham of a company. I ordered my wedding dress; it took ages to arrive, and when it finally did, it looked nothing like the image on the website. It came crumpled up in a postage bag from China. The fabric was poor quality, and it wasn't even sewn symmetrically. I took the dress to a trusted seamstress here in the UK to see if anything could be done to fix it, and she just laughed! To make matters worse, after waiting for weeks for the dress to arrive, my appointment with the seamstress was two days outside the seven-day returns policy, and their customer service has offered a £8 refund. I'm so frustrated and disappointed.

Moreover, after production, strict quality inspection is conducted. If the sewing of the clothes is asymmetrical, please contact our customer service department. They will provide you with a solution. The reason for using bagged packaging instead of paper packaging for the delivery packages is that there are many uncontrollable factors in international transportation. Therefore, we use a more convenient and waterproof bag to transport the clothes. If the clothes are wrinkled, we suggest ironing them.
Finally, regarding the issue of overdue orders. After the customer receives the package, we give them 7 working days to decide whether to keep the clothes.

I blindly ordered from their website…
I blindly ordered from their website without checking their reviews here first (my mistake!). I had only read the reviews directly on their website, which now I suspect are all fake.
I immediately asked to cancel my order as I didn't see the point of continuing when the company is clearly a scam, and the wedding I ordered the dress for is next month.
When I asked to cancel, they offered an 80% refund, which wasn't good enough. I paid for a service/item and didn't receive it; therefore, I was entitled to a full refund.
Disputed via PayPal and received a full refund. Lesson learnt, always research and read the reviews before ordering!
Be warned, it's a non-UK company and all the 5* star reviews here are laughably fake. The company needs shutting down!

Very Misleading
Very much feels like a scam, so the delivery time says, 3-8 days, it also said tailoring time 7-14 days, but they do, do made to measure so you think that wouldn't be applicable to an already set size, but no when I queried where the dress was they said it takes that long to process before shipment, (process what? Its a dress being put in a bag?) so it took 20 days to deliver it, and it's a wedding dress I got for my sister, she's a uk16 so I thought I'll get the uk18 because we can always get it taken in a bit, well this came and she couldn't even get it on, it was more like a uk12/14, and the wedding was to close to order again, so I asked to return it and I had looked and had seen free returns, but when I looked, it actually says "worry- free returns"(deliberately misleading wording) and it is the least worry-free return I've ever done, they hold the return address hostage from you and won't tell you until you send pictures and speak to them on the chat where they offer you slight returns how about this £8 ok how about £15, and so on until you've said no 10 times then they "escalate it" to someone higher up to ask them for the address to be emailed, once it is (a good while later) you find out its in Texas,( the company is called leely.uk so you don't think you'd have to send it back so far) so I've paid £30 and they want a picture of the parcel and it must be tracked, a picture of the tracking receipt and the tracking number, all this to send back a £120 dress that was incredibly incorrectly sized, so that is entirely their fault! They have to "check it first" before I get a refund and based on there customer service so far, I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them! Dreadful experience!! 😣 why didn't i view trust pilot before using this site???!!! Spent just over 200£ on two garments for them to be send cheap, stinking and ill fitting. The zips dont work, poor fitting. And to return is a nightmare. Also they came late and lie on their website saying it will take a few business days, so seeming like they are based in UK when they're not.
And to top it off their reviews on their site must be fake. As i left reviews and you can't see them! Lol first this place, then Debenhams online shopping fail. Hopefully everyone will catch on soon 🙏🏽 and we can get rid of these horrible online retailers.
