A scam and rip off! Stay away!
I would not even give 1 star if I could. The quality is poor and customer service is appalling. Not only they charge a fortune for delivery, you pay double or more for returns and you'll not get full refund as they will deduct a considerable amount for what they call handling and restocking. Basically you will end up out of pocket. A scam! Stay away! I have reached out to customer services only for them to justify their outrageous and audacious charges unlike any other retailer. Their apologetic replies are standard AI generated messages. They must issue full refund since I, the customer, have paid over £50 for delivery and return. My honest advice is 'don't fall into the same trap". I'm shocked that these scammers are still allowed to trade and rip people off.

I really wouldn’t waste your money because it’s pretty much a scam.
You’ll pay for returns about £50 in total to return multiple items and they also take a “re stocking fee” on everything.
Dresses are absolutely nothing like the photos, especially the wedding & bridesmaid ones. Scam company won’t help you, don’t diffuse any situations or offer help. Avoid at all costs they need to be shut down .

Horrible return policy and sizing. I was on vacation when I received the dress which took forever to come btw so I missed my return window of 7 days by not a lot and they couldn’t accept the return and wanted to instead give me a $10 coupon

One of the worst products I have ever…
One of the worst products I have ever purchased. The suit had nothing to make with the photo that they advertised.. Tight even if you size up, no labels better to order from shein or Temu. The prices unreasonable high 110£ for a suit that barely is worth it for 20£ BIG SCAM . I asked for a refund they told me to send the order and I HAVE to pay the transport from GB to USA that probably it will cost more than 50£ so is not worth it at all the power so they give me a refund of 35£ … very bad experience, read first the reviews before order guys.

Absolute SCAM
Absolute SCAM. Do not use this company, avoid at all costs. Dress took nearly a month to receive. Fooled by the UK address but it was shipped from what is clearly a sweatshop Chinese outfit. Was too late to take on holiday with me and their response was we have a 2 week processing time in addition to the 3-10 business days for shipping. Took over a month to receive. Customer services were terrible. Is clearly AI spouting out standard replies. The dress was appalling quality. Looked nothing like the picture and absolutely stank of chemicals. Their reply? Air it out for a few days to get rid of the ‘slight scent’ it is probably because the dress is new and from transit?! Won’t refund original £15 shipping and return cost was £42 to ship to Texas and I had to pay import taxes. The whole outfit is one massive scam. It’s cost me over half of the price of the dress just to deal with them and I have nothing in return.

If I could give a minus star I would! Advertise as LeelyUK. Messaged before buying to check it was legit and returns would be easy and ok. Lovely email response …. Yes no problem all good. Dress arrived. Cheap. Nasty. Not the fabric design in the picture. Sizing well off. Contacted gently to return. Total nightmare. Offered little help and frankly insulting options. Scam scam scam. Out of pocket with a crap dress. AVOID AVOID AVOID. NOT UK. Usually quite a savvy shopper but went ahead despite an uneasy feeling. Lesson learnt. When will this kind of crap be cracked down on? 🤬

As others have written. Avoid this company at all costs - I too wish I’d read the reviews. My daughter was fooled by the .co.uk website.
Numerous emails back and forth, Leely missed the event date, the courier updates were all wrong, requested a return, paid £25 for the privilege through DPD, sent all the relevant documents to Leely, parcel sent back to an address in the USA, to find the parcel has been returned back to me due to the fact that Leely hadn’t acted on an email sent by the courier in the USA. I’ve been offered £35 as compensation. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. Bought two dresses for a wedding 3 weeks in advance, the shipping time is displayed clearly but not the processing time. The dresses arrived a day before I needed them but the quality was poor and the fits didn’t suit me so I wanted to return. The back and forth to get the returns process is ridiculous, additional fees, repeated questions and delay tactics. I would never use this company again and do not recommend for anyone in the uk. They charge another delivery fee plus 15% extra to return two items in the same package. Utterly ridiculous and no real customer service. Given the prices of the dresses totally unacceptable, avoid!

Purchase at your own risk
Purchase at your own risk, they will run out the return/cancellation windows by emailing lots of followup questions, requiring pictures, etc. There is no publicly listed address to return items, and returns are only approved at their discretion. Purchase from reliable sites that have standard policies rather than these specialty online stores - i've learned my lesson!

If I could give 0 stars, I would - ordering from a UK domain name, I was not expecting to receive cheap rubbish from China and then be told that returns were at my own risk&expense to the USA. I'm out £600 and stuck with bad quality items. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
