I visited your Melksham store on Saturday 8th August.
When I got to the Till I was greeted by Katie. While putting my items through the till I noticed one was damaged.
Katie went above and beyond to try and find a replacement and although one couldn’t be found she was happy to explore all choices I had to come to an acceptable outcome! Her customer service was superb. Thank you Katie!

Leekes provide an all round excellent shopping experience with a broad selection of stock in all departments suitably complemented by friendly, knowledgeable, staff. On this visit both Glenn and Jeremy provided helpful advice and high quality service.

We had one of the best shopping experiences at Leekes Cheltenham. The whole store has such a lovely, homely, family feel, and it’s a great place to wander around for inspiration. The café is really nice too if you fancy a coffee and a bite to eat.

A huge thank you to Fahimeh, who was amazing from start to finish. She never put us under any pressure, was so patient while we tried different mattresses and sofas, and even helped keep our very busy 1-year-old entertained while we made our decision.

Customer service like this is hard to find these days. We’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I visited the Melksham store 5th August, would highly recommend the staff are really polite and helpful. Big shout out to Hazel in Interior design, she was busy with customers however she still found time to share her knowledge and advice, so good to have this kind of customer service.

Today my mother and myself visited Llantrisant store. What a lovely member of staff Liam Messenger is. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture he was selling. Not at all pushy to make a sale, took time with my mother due to her mobility issues, and nothing was too much trouble.
This store is lucky to have such a lovely member of stafg working for them. Thank you Liam.

I visited Leekes this morning to buy some things for my new lounge. From start to finish every member of staff were very helpful. Sarah in curtains helped me with measurements and signed me up for privilege and phoned lighting to say I was coming down to pick up a lamp. Lady in lighting got me a trolley and the cashier at the till although very busy was very professional. Thoroughly recommend Leekes.

We had pleasant and excellent service from Fahimeh at the Cheltenham branch when we were looking for a replacement double bed. She answered all of our questions and was clearly very knowledgeable about their stock.
The whole process was painless!

Visited the store today, couldn’t find what I was looking for, asked a lovely member of staff what I was looking for, she promptly found it, took it to the till, while I went around the store.

We were at Leekes to purchase new sofas. The sites consultant Liam Messenger - Thomas couldn't have been any more helpful. He handled our thousands questions with patience care and a smile. He definitely earned the sale! Thank you Liam 😊

I visited Leekes store cafe in Llantrisant this morning for lunch with my daughter. All the staff were really pleasant, but Vicky I have to say, was exceptionally kind and helpful. I have a little difficulty with eating at the moment and she went out of her way to help. Nothing was too much trouble. She was a first class ambassador for Leekes! We will most definitely be back.

I went into the Llantrisant store as I wanted made to measure curtains and matching pelmet. I was helped by a lovely lady called Bev. She was extremely helpful throughout and kept me up to date with timings etc. Bev recommended two fantastic fitters who were also amazing!
I would 100% recommend Leekes for the best experience and perfect curtains!

Excellent service from Nathan at the Leekes Pontyclun store. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain all the different product options without any pressure. His product knowledge and outstanding customer service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. A real credit to Leekes. Highly recommend!

Friendly, helpful and efficient service we bought a new sofa and X4 chairs at Leekes, Melksham, particularly Glenn and Kay, who took our order massive thank you both of you two. What a amazing people!

At the Melksham Branch we consulted Rony Alam to design an updated bathroom for us at home. He visited on 22 Apr and produced an excellent design that we agreed to and ordered. Work commenced on 15 June with DD Bathrooms, Rony kept in constant liaison with the fitters from DD Bathrooms and was happy to adjust design details to adapt to the 'practicalities' of the location. It was very reassuring to watch this close liaison and working relationship and we were very satisfied by the end result in the tight time scale because of other non moveable commitments. We would be very happy to consult with Rony again if the requirement arose again.
