We revisited Leekes to purchase living room furniture that we’d decided upon in March. We were assisted by Liam who took his time ensuring our purchase was completed to our complete satisfaction.

We Met Lynn at crosshands who was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. So friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

Visited Leekes in Melksham this week whilst staying with a friend whilst visiting from London. . I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of goods available and the reasonable prices. Bought a Weird Fish sundress reduced from £40 to £20 in the sale which I'm very pleased.with and was lucky enough to be served by Jeremy on the counter,who was very friendly and welcoming. Excellent service, II'd definitely return.

My wife and I recently visited the Mellksham store with a view to purchasing some new garden furniture. We just wanted to say a huge thanks to Alfie who assisted us. He was caring and kind without being pushy, nice to deal with, and helped us to achieve a win win outcome. He also has a great sense of humour. Thanks Alfie!

I found Leekes in Melksham to be very helpful, efficient and friendly. They recommended Dan Norley to fit the en suite and he did an excellent job.

Visited the Cheltenham Store today looking for a new sofa for my mum and all of the staff there were extremely polite, friendly and professional. Fahimeh eventually served my mum and she couldn't have been more patient and helpful. Very impressed.

Visited the Melksham store on the 16th of August, Jeremy at the tills was very helpful, signed us up to the Leekes card and explained all the benefits; the card reduced the price by 40%, great saving. It's always a nice store to wander round, such a wide variety of different departments and almost always has something you want.

It is a high quality department store that has a huge range DIY, household, gardening and clothing. We had purchased carpet and a chair on our first visit and dealt with a nice gentleman called Gorden and a woman called Nicola. The chair we bought, we found to be uncomfortable at home, we then contacted the manager Kieran who was again a very nice man and he arranged for the chair to be collected and a refund given. Which we spent in store immediately. Would highly recommend.

Last week we bought a hypnos exmoor mattress from Leekes in Cheltenham. We were helped by the lovely Fahimeh whose customer support was just great.
We had done a lot of research, but still had final decisions which involved needing very detailed information and doing successive 15 minute trials of the alternatives (casa tranquil etc)
Fahimeh gave us all the info we required as well as her own thoughts (even testing out the mattresses softness herself), was very patient with us and eventually left us totally confident we had chosen correctly.

Lovely modern bathroom, expertly designed and excellent service from Andrew at Llantrisant store. I ordered a complete refit and could not be more pleased with my new bathroom. The coordination of tiles and cabinet colours is perfect. The fitters were non-intrusive, polite and clean. I highly recommend Leekes for quality, design and service.

Visited store on a Saturday to browse and buy a few items ,new cups and things for kitchen .
Pleased to find all i wanted , met a lovely ladie at tills called Katie very helpful and polite, could not fault her service.

After the resolution of the kitchen design with leekes they recommended Phoenix Kitchens who then fitted a sizeable kitchen for us in June/July 2026.
We cannot recommend them more highly. Steve and his daughter,Phoenix, worked quickly, continuously and efficiently at all times. In fact our existing kitchen which was in two connecting rooms was carefully removed broken up and in the skip by the end of the first day.
Our works required a complete plaster to walls and ceilings new electrics and of course incorporation of the quartz worktops. Steve provided and coordinated all these works ensuring each happened at the correct time.
As an Architect I naturally look for good quality workmanship and can confirm that both Steve and his daughter were excellent in this regard and thoughtful when finishing details. Steve was also helpful in suggesting options which improved the design and he had an uncanny ability to find a practical solution for any issue we came up against.
We are really pleased with our new kitchen and this is in no small way due to the efforts of Phoenix Kitchens.

Leekes is a great shop with a wide variety of goods for sale. It can be a little expensive but frequently have sale bargains too. We were served by Jeremy, who we have met numerous times. He is always so pleasant and polite, friendly and helpful that he always leaves us feeling good about our shopping experience.

I visited your Melksham store on Saturday 8th August.
When I got to the Till I was greeted by Katie. While putting my items through the till I noticed one was damaged.
Katie went above and beyond to try and find a replacement and although one couldn’t be found she was happy to explore all choices I had to come to an acceptable outcome! Her customer service was superb. Thank you Katie!

Leekes provide an all round excellent shopping experience with a broad selection of stock in all departments suitably complemented by friendly, knowledgeable, staff. On this visit both Glenn and Jeremy provided helpful advice and high quality service.
