Excellent customer service from Stuart. Attentive but not pushy. Listened to what we were looking for and what we weren't. Showed us our options. Answered all our questions. Then left us alone to keep testing out our choices, discuss our thoughts and to make our final decision. Once decided, he dealt with our sale quickly and efficiently then explained the process and what to expect re delivery and time scales. Can't recommend highly enough. We have purchased lounge and bedroom furniture from Cousins, Dudley over the last 20 years and never regretted it. Now we're back for round two!

Peter Dawson was splendid
Peter Dawson greeted us along with other colleagues as we looked for dining chairs. Peter left us to browse and when we had a question provided everything we needed to narrow down the choices.
