Leekes Cheltenham.
We visited the Cheltenham store to look at the various sofas/recliners on show. Fahimeh was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products in store. There was no pressure just professional advice. We were very impressed with the products on offer and the help provided by Fahimeh. We purchased 2 reclining sofas.
Highly recommend the Cheltenham store and the staff, who were all very friendly. Excellent customer service.

Great service from a staff member at Crosshands leeks. Louise was very helpful while I was looking at products.

Very good selection of homeware and furniture. Today we bought a Nova aluminium outdoor pergola (a quest that has taken 6months) . Yes we looked on the internet, loads of other stores. The knowledge from Rhian at leeks really helped….as much as you might research on the internet, you can’t beat advice from someone that builds and sells the item all day. The price was also very reasonable matching any deal that we’d found on the internet. I feel that everything that leeks have in store is of a very high quality and sold at a reasonable price.

Coffee shop
Shockingly slow, 30 mins from one end of the counter to another, (probably 5 customers) staff working at snails pace with no sense of urgency and no team work, on the other hand those bringing food to tables and clearing were doing a brilliant job! Melksham store.

Called for coffee in Leekes Cross Hands Restaurant and was served by a young boy called Morus who was very courteous and well mannered

We really enjoyed our recent visit to Leekes restaurant in Cross Hands. The food was delicious, well presented and excellent quality, while all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed chatting with our server, Morus, a young local rugby player who was attentive, polite and did a great job looking after us. He was a real credit to the restaurant, and we will definitely return.

We had a lovely visit to Leekes Restaurant in Cross Hands. The food was absolutely lovely and fresh, with plenty of choice on the menu. The restaurant itself was clean, tidy and welcoming, and the toilets were absolutely immaculate.

We were served by Morus, and what a lovely young man he is. He always had a smile on his face, was extremely polite and genuinely took the time to speak to us “oldies”! 😂 He showed a real interest in what we had to say and was an absolute pleasure to have looking after us.

It’s not often you come across a young person who is so genuinely friendly, respectful and pleasant. Morus is a real asset to Leekes, and his attitude and manners deserve recognition.

Morus, we wish you all the very best with your studies and your future rugby ambitions. We’ll definitely be calling back — hopefully we’ll get you as our server again!

Leekes in crosshands is our go-to for all things home & DIY! Fabulous customer service, especially manager Anna who is always more than happy to help during our visits. The perfect store for a browse and bite to eat in the cafe 😊

Lovely store with a wide range of items and a quaint coffee shop. Sofia in the coffee shop, makes a fantastic frappe, is professional and hardworking.

The staff member who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process went very smoothly and enabled us to make an informed decision.

Visited the upstairs cafe for a snack with my wife. The staff were very helpful while serving us and we were both impressed with their attitude. Will make a point of visiting this department again when we visit.

Visited the Llantrissant Thursday 20th August 2026. We bought the Casa Nantes cross leg extended table.
We were served by a lovely young lady by the name of Jessica. We were looking at the table as she was passing and I asked her a few questions. She was knowledgeable and friendly with a lovely smile. She said just wave at me if you need any help, which I duly did. We purchased the table with her and she was helpful and chatty the whole time. If she didn’t know the answer to my numerous questions, she went and found out. Nothing was too much trouble.
You have a little superstar here Leekes, keep hold of her.

Was served by Jeremy who saved me £30 on my purchase by signing mu up for a Leekes card. Also very good bargains in the fashion department sale.

Excellent customer service from Bev at the Llantrisant store. Visited the store today with my mother in law to choose curtains, Bev took time to go through samples books and helped choose the perfect fabric for the new curtains.
