Very helpful staff at the Cheltenham store, particularly Fahimeh and Phill. We got a very good clearance deal on a G-Plan suite and are very satisfied with the whole experience.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We interacted with Jeremy at the checkout who helped me sign up for the privilege card and a lady in soft furnishings who was really helpful when we kept going back to her with questions - unfortunately, I didn't get her name.

Received a damaged item and referred this to customer services for an exchange.

I was told that this would be collected via parcelforce as I wanted an exchange. Heard nothing until a couple of days later only post chasing and via email that I’d have to take it to the post office.

The agent told me the item was fairly heavy so it was agreed in the earlier stages for pick up. I then spoke to the Customer Services Manager who was very rude and not empathetic to us and just stated ‘no, it’s a self return and you’ll have to figure it out’. I asked for a solution but he was pretty blunt and had no consideration for our situation or what was promised by the agent, not us. When I said I couldn’t do it, he said we won’t be receiving a refund and stated calls are not recorded.

He then mentioned he is the highest point of contact and there was no one above him. At this point I had decided to escalate but he was so egotistical, he claimed he practically owned the company (I will not publish his name).

Avoid at all costs if you want decent customer service as THEY DO NOT RECORD CALLS!

I went to the cafe in pontyclun store. Lovely staff there, one in particular, Cass, was very helpful and polite.
I look forwards to coming again.

Went into the Store in pontyclun, just want to say how lovely a member of staff was that works in the cafe her name was Cass she went above an beyond, she really is a valued member of the team!!

Cloakroom refit - Simple job. Wrong trims delivered. Wrong radiator delivered. Wrong radiator delivered again. Wrong wall mirror delivered. They have promised a refund but it's not happening. Have been forced to take legal action. Once they have your money there is a complete lack of interest.
It's a small amount of money and has now cost them the sale of a 3 Piece Suite and some replacement windows.

Very pleased with the comprehensive service overseen by Leekes, from initial guidance on choice of kitchen, to planning and delivery of kitchen units and all appliances. Prompt solutions were provided by very attentive Leekes staff when a few adjustments were required to original spec. Above all, we greatly appreciated the professionalism of Steve Williams, Phoenix, our kitchen fitter who, along with his colleague, carried out the fitting of a challenging kitchen and utility room to our utmost satisfaction. He always brought to our attention issues which required further thought and recommended solutions, drawing on his extensive experience. We would happily call on his service again. Happy customers. Beautiful new kitchen.

Leekes does appear to be aimed at the more mature customer but dont let that put you off, customer service from every member of staff we engaged with was excellent. Special shout out to the interior designer lady who helps us pick out 'do for now' curtains and found us bargains in the reduced and sale sections. Also praise to the check out lady who signed me up on the spot with a loyality/ Leekes privikage card and saved me 60% on my bedding. Cafe staff lovely too. Enjoying my privage card brekkie now in the cafe. Will be back to the Melksham branch again soon. Sorry Dunelm and John Lewis!

We had a good experience choosing our new sofa thanks to Alex Muth. He took the time to understand what we needed, talked us through all the options, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. His customer service was genuinely excellent, and we left feeling confident we’d made the right choice. Highly recommended.

Glenn helped us through a smooth purchase of a new bed recently, with gentle advice and soft persuasion! His friendly customer service and sale without being pushy, was a pleasure to experience. My partner and I will continue to be loyal to Leekes as a result.

I just wanted to say how brilliant Katie on the till was on the 29th August at Melksham who helped us regarding the wrong mirror that was given to us the day before. Katie handled the whole situation with professionalism and with her lovely personality Katie is a credit to the company.

Contractors used to fit carpet. They seemed rushed and unhappy with size ordered through the shop. Newly painted skirting board was obviously knocked as paint has come away.

My friends and I regularly go to the Mezz Cafe in Leekes. Vicky, Carys and Kadie, really are the best. The service by these ladies is first class. I feel they have become good friends due to the warm welcome we always receive.

Fahimeh was very knowledgeable and helpful when we first visited, she arranged for swatches to be delivered to us at home
When we went in to purchase a few weeks later, she remembered us and was kind and patient throughout the process.
