I have used Kuoni before for their specific holidays, brilliant all round. For my next holiday after being given the runaround by other companies I contacted Kuoni who in this case are acting as an agent, hassle free, all sorted, very happy.

Very knowledgeable and very flexible when we asked for amendments were very patient.

We visited the Liverpool store to discuss a holiday to Vietnam. It turned out to be our lucky day.
We were met by Cheryl McCormick who very quickly realised we needed a fairly bespoke solution.
Cheryl's knowledge & professionalism shone through as she spent time explaining possible itineraries.
We eventually agreed on a dates, a route & hotels leaning on Cheryl's knowledge of the locations for guidance.
All good and probably what you would expect from an experienced travel agent. However what made this experience stand out is Cheryl's personality, ongoing support and communication. Nothing is too much trouble and queries are responded to quickly.
Cheryl is a real asset to the Kuoni business.

My 1st and last experience with Kuoni. The ‘sea view’ room was in a basement, if you stood up, went out and across the communal pool it was there! No check in, no water to drink when we arrived during the night, and wrong information supplied regarding the location and pool. The worst part was no support from Kuoni during or after the holiday. They claim the issues are nothing to do with them. I had to chase the complaint to which they had received a response 20 days earlier and not shared it with me. My view is that you are much better booking directly, don’t spend money on Kuoni as I did, mistakenly thinking I was paying for quality.

I booked with Helen Poyser at your Nottingham branch.(NB Kuoni are still trying to wipe their hands of the issues because they booked the holiday through another company. Pretending not to be familiar with principle contract law).

We hadn't thought of using a holiday planner before but our daughter had such a good experience with Harriet at Kuoni Chichester we thought we'd give it a go. Best decision we've made: listened carefully to our thoughts and crafted an itinerary that fitted to a tee. Very flexible with amendments and was able to provide detailed information and insights that backed up all the suggestions. Can't wait for the holiday now. Thank you Harriet!

Recently booked a holiday to the Maldives with Kuoni dealt with expertly, professionally and courteously by Georgia GOTSELL the whole process was brilliant
Being a retired sales manager I know what good looks like, well done Georgina credit to yourself and Kuoni.

Heather understood our requirements for this holiday. The itinerary was put together very well and any amendments were quickly made. I was very pleased with the service and choice of accommodation that was made. Just hope we will be able to park the motor home on route.

My husband and I never usually use tour operators, preferring to book everything directly ourselves. However, after a busy period of house renovations, we decided to use a tour operator as we wanted everything to run smoothly and without any worries. We chose Kuoni and, after speaking to an operator on the phone, paid in full for a holiday to Sorrento. The only slight issue was that we might not get our room of choice but we would be notified within a few days about this. The following day, we were told that there was no availability at all in the hotel - we had, effectively, paid in full for a holiday that didn’t exist! As we had booked leave from work, dog care, etc. in conjunction with booking the holiday, this caused huge stress to us. Kuoni did work hard to sort things and have managed to find us another hotel, which is a relief. However, I cannot believe that they sold us a holiday that wasn’t available. We had a couple of days of huge worry and stress which is not what we expected on booking with Kuoni.

From the very beginning, nothing was ever too much trouble. Melissa was incredibly patient, genuinely interested in us as a couple and took the time to really listen to what we wanted. When things didn’t quite go to plan, she came up with a wildcard that turned out to be absolutely perfect for us.

Communication is really important to me and Melissa was fantastic. She kept us updated, called to touch base and always followed things through. Even when she was out of the office, she made sure her manager Sharna kept in touch, who was also incredibly helpful.

We have gone beyond our original budget, but this is such a special holiday for us and we know it is going to be everything we dreamed of.

Thank you Melissa for your patience, care and genuine enthusiasm. You have been wonderful and we couldn’t be happier with our honeymoon.

This is the second holiday I have booked with Kuoni in Edinburgh and as always the service was superb. Catrina certainly knows her stuff and the suggestions she makes are excellent. I think because Catrina has first hand knowledge of the countries and hotels her recommendations are always on point and the booking service is seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend kuoni as they are simply the best!

Our most recent booking, to Thailand, via the Cambridge branch, has gone very smoothly & they were able to meet our individual requirements. Highly recommended.

Was able to send multiple options to suit my requirements for this work trip and amend the changes quickly. Great in person service when we came in store. Great like a long lost friend you. Warm , welcoming and clear in explaining everything and what I need to do from my side for my trip.

My husband and I popped into the Kuoni branch in Reading where a delightful lady looked after us. We spent a good two hours with her, which went in a flash, and she was very thorough and came up with excellent ideas. We knew roughly what we wanted but came away with all sorts of ideas and decided there and then to pay a deposit to confirm the booking.

Gemma the travel consultant knew the destination and all the things to consider when booking a holiday there. Once we agreed what we wanted, Gemma seamlessly put it together and after a little time to make sure it was exactly right, Gemma got us booked up. Helpful all the way.

Fantastic service from Charlotte Lofty and other members of staff. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and went into great and very helpful detail as to what would suit us best based on the details I had given her. First time booking with Kuoni. Price is competitive and very easy process. Now looking forward to the trip!
