I have two Kudos shower enclosures and, although 19 years old, they are still perfectly serviceable. I contacted Kudos and was pleased to hear I could still get the replacement seals and fitting instructions that I needed to make them like new again. Otherwise, I would have been throwing away two perfectly good enclosures. Well done Kudos, what a refreshing approach. I will certainly be actively seeking out Kudos products in the future. Many thanks for your expert help.

Had a shower screen fitted a year ago and one of the seals had perished. Contacted customer service and they had a new one sent out next day. Can’t fault that.

I emailed Kudos over the weekend, received a very helpful reply Monday morning ie within one working day, from their Customer Services Manager Gemma. Nothing was any bother in helping me source what I was looking for.
After emails between us I received a very comprehensive list of products needed to pass to my shower room installer.
I would definitely recommend Kudos, it was a first class service. Thank you Kudos/Gemma very much.

I was in a corner. I broke a hoze in my friends loft that was 15 years old and irreplaceable. I was going to have to replace the whole bathroom because the hoze is very specialised and integrated. Kudos in 2 mins knew what I was talking about, had one in stock and sent me a pic. Put one in the post and it was correct. They saved me a friend and at least 6k

Faultless customer service and our bath screen has been brilliant. After almost 10 years the bottom plastic seals have gone brittle at the ends. Can't complain and still easy to buy spares.

I don’t normally give reviews, but the response from the Technical Help Desk was so extraordinary that I feel compelled to do so. Incredibly fast (24 hours maximum) and very helpful advice. It gives you confidence to keep purchasing Kudos products, knowing there is such good support if you have installation problems.

Following my initial review of Kudos where I gave them 2 stars I am now happy to report that they responded the next day with an offer to send an engineer to fit a replacement door. We at first declined as we had had enough at this point however they insisted and in the end we said ok. I am now glad we did as we have a really great shower enclosure professionally fitted.
I also hope they as a company learnt from this experience.

Really helpful in identifying and confirming the shower sliding door wheel fixtures which needed replacement. (Shower fitted in 2011 so the quality was obvious)
The parts were delivered two days after placing the order and fitting instructions sent by email.
Perfect fit and easily installed. Great service.

Needed set of seals for Kudos 910 curved side entry corner shower installed 20 years ago. Contacted Kudos who directed me to their Website, Spares, where a full set (7 seals) is available at, I think, reasonable cost £30. Better than Shower Seals Ltd. Next day delivery £9. Received goods less than 24 hours after ordering. Shower back up & running same day. Brilliant service impossible to improve. Thank you.

I contacted Kudos regarding a shower waste and trap that I had damaged in the process of cleaning. The trap was over 10 years old but Kudos were extremely helpful and sourced a replacement for me which was supplied free of charge within three days of the original enquiry. This is excellent service and greatly appreciated. Well done Kudos.

I'd bought a bow shower, side panel and tray, but didn't have the cover caps for the top of the frame. Contacted the Sales Department by email. I got a quick reply and they were sent out the next day, and for FREE! Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Never had customer service like this - it was fantastic. I bought a shower screen 4 years ago from Sanctuary Bathrooms, stupidly I lost 2 screw covers, completely my own fault. I tried numerous times to obtain replacements from Sanctuary but didn't really get any meaningful responses. I contacted Kudos Showers directly and they immediately assisted and now I have the covers in the post.

Kudos shower tray connect 2 has split around the drain on the shower tray. Spoke to Kudos who were not interested about my problem and were trying to say i fitted it incorrectly before they even looked at it. I actually watched the plumber fit the tray correctly.
I asked Kudos about the lifetime warranty and they said i have had it a while now. The tray was fitted six months ago. Oh it is £60.00 for the engineer to attend and if he found it was not faulty that is what they will charge you. £60.00 FOR THE ENGINEER TO COME OUT WHAT A JOKE GOING TO PUT IT ON YOUTUBE WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS THIS TRAY HAS.

We had a seal missing from our shower screen, reported to Kudos and the spare part was sent out next day. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and the service has been amazing. Thank you to Lindsay xxx
