I have owned a Kudos shower screen since 2013 and I needed a replacement seal for the base of the glass. I was initially unable to find the correct seal on the web site and sent a request for advice on Sunday and I received a really helpful responce on Monday morning - rapid! After sending the request I actually found the correct seal and ordered a replacement on Sunday and received it on Tuesday - again rapid.

The customer service is superb

Have had an Original Classic pivot shower door for several years and needed to replace vertical door seal. Kudos customer services team could not have been more helpful in advising on procedure to accomplish this with little effort.

I have a Kudos folding bath screen and needed to repair some of the hinges. Although I did not buy direct from Kudos they were extremely helpful in supplying replacements parts FOC without question. From start to finish my query was dealt with in less than 24 hours. I am extremely grateful for their help and very impressed with customer service.

I purchased a property which had a (now) out of production Kudos Corner Curved Shower unit, which had seen better days, in the bathroom.
As I was unable to replace it like for like the customer service department at Kudos informed me of the spares that were available.
That information was just the ticket as they were exactly the parts needed to refurbish the shower enclosure.
Not only that, they also provided me with the full assembly document I needed.

I lost a small plastic clip while fitting a Kudus Divera shower enclosure . My email for a replacement part was answered within an hour asking for a few details. A few days later the part appeared in the post - fantastic service

I had a fall in the shower at home and sheared one of the hinges on the ‘flipper’ . I contacted Kudos via their customer service on their website.
Their response was quick, they asked for some further info and despatched the hinges within 24 hours.
It was a pleasure to deal with such good customer service, it is indeed a rarity these days.

Initially ordered on the website, this wasn’t great and whether it was my lack of knowledge or lack of an intuitive website design, I struggled to both identify the right product and then there was an inability to track the delivery other than email. Once I contacted the sales dept, service was excellent. They were responsive, I spoke to Lindsay who was extremely helpful. The diagram and installation information she shared helped to clarify both what I’d ordered and how to install. We have have our enclosure for 10 years, and with new seals and sealant it looks like new again. Thankyou.

The genuine Kudos parts I received were absolutely first class. The wheel kits were easy to fit at the top of my curved glass shower door. The bottom guides have put the door back to its original condition. Although it is 13 years old, it now performs like new. Thank you

Recently I had a seal on my diverter flap split and did the usual thing searching online for a replacement as could not remember the name of the company from where the glass panels originally came.
I found the Kudos website and it rang a bell in my head so I contacted them enquiring about a replacement seal as the shower had only been installed for under a year.
I received a rapid response from them asking for a copy of the purchase receipt and a delivery address.
This was about 2 o’clock in the afternoon and within 24 hours a new seal arrived.
I only wish other companies were as good as Kudos for customer service, I was kept informed via email as to what was happening and provided with a tracking number as well.
If you are looking into having a new shower fitted I thoroughly recommend getting one from Kudos as their after sales is second to none.

A six years ago, I installed a Kudos glass shower enclosure. Unfortunately, recently, for no apparent reason, the side panel simply exploded into thousands of small pieces! Fortunately, no one was showering at the time! I immediately contacted Kudos and must say that they immediately acknowledged my claim and sent free of charge a replacement panel, which I installed in less than two weeks later. Kudos also informed me that the explosion into thousands of pieces meets the industry safety requirements for glass shower enclosures, as the glass doesn't have sharp edges when broken. It's hard to argue with that, but I think if these panels were laminated, they would be even safer. Nevertheless, it's worth noting Kudos' quick response and free delivery of a new replacement panel. I only paid for the re-installation. I can definitely recommend Kudos not only for the high-quality products, but also for the unquestionable recognition of my claim and the very efficient handling of the matter by customer service.

Had a ‘jumping’ sliding door on a peninsular shower. Quick response requesting a video and got a quick reply suggesting how to fix it. Very prompt and helpful.

I have recently been in touch with Kudos for some spare parts for my shower cubicle. The speed and quality of response regarding my query was fantastic!

Slipped in the shower and broke the drain cover. Found the Kudos team to be very helpful and pointing me to a different firm that could provide the drain cover, even sending a photo and hyper link.
